James tried very hard on our shy kitty and sent the photos and notes. This was our first time leaving our cat, and even though she did not want to play, it was very comforting knowing she was doing ok. James communicated very well!

Zheru handled all the basics perfectly (feeding, water, litter, trash), even cleaning up a hairball mess. We really appreciated her extra effort in washing the food and water bowls and repositioning our camera for a better view. It was clear from her notes that the cats were happy and well-loved the whole time. Highly recommend and will use her services again!

Aria has been very dependable when doing drop-ins on my puppy. Sometimes I have to change up the instructions and she never has any issue. She also sends me sweet photos during the day when she spends time with my puppy! It is a highlight of my day! We are happy we found Aria!!!

Yijun did an amazing job taking care of my cats while I was away! She was incredibly responsible and attentive—not only did she handle the essentials like feeding, cleaning the litter boxes, and refreshing the water, but she also took the time to play with my cats and keep them company. Alexa did a great job dealing with some challenges that we didn’t properly prepare her for. Our cats had unprecedented diarrhea and vomiting that began just as we left, and Alexa gave us updates on their condition and was ready to take them to the vet if they didn’t approve (thankfully they did!). Additionally, our furnace shut off for some reason and Alexa communicated with us that the house was quite cold. She came everyday and scooped the cats litter and changed their pee pads, even though we forgot to tell her where the garbage bags were. Thank you!

Toki was so so wonderful with our 3 month puppy! He played with him so well that puppy fell asleep for 3 hrs once Toki left - happy happy puppy! Toki was very respectful in our house, and took beautiful pics of puppy both times he came. We are excited to work with Toki again!
