Dog Boarding in Crystal Springs

Chris was such a wonderful care provider for our elderly, deaf dog! Got amazing photos and videos daily with great communication. We will definitely rebook in the future.

Rhonda and her family are awesome! They took really good care of my two English bulldogs - they were both so happy when I picked them up, and passed out immediately when we got home from all the playtime they got while they were there. Rhonda sent me lots of pictures and videos every day, and even gave them their own personalized bandana with their name on it when I picked them up. Additionally, Rhonda and her husband were super helpful and accommodating with helping me load/unload the dogs from my car to their house when they found out I had sprained my ankle so I wouldn’t have to walk far. Definitely recommend and will gladly board my boys with Rhonda again.

First time on Rover and we hit the jackpot! Alisha took fabulous care of our dog, folding her into her family with lots of affection. We will definitely ask her to care for our dog again.

I can’t thank James enough for taking such amazing care of Lindor! From the regular updates, photos, and videos, I always felt totally connected and reassured. He took Lindor on hikes and to the park, and Lindor had the best time! Honestly, she’s probably living a better life with James than she was with me 🤣 She also loved hanging out with shadow and the other dogs she met during her stay. James is basically Lindor’s godfather now—he really went above and beyond. So grateful and highly recommend!

Our dog Flash had a wonderful time with Kristina and her family. They are caring and provide a great place for dogs of all ages and sizes. We will definitely be a repeat customer!

Cathleen is the best!! Ruthie made herself right at home and it gave us peace of mind when she ran right into their house and didn’t look back! We could tell she was so happy, especially through all the cute videos of Ruthie and her new friends! She doesn’t normally like to walk very far but she was running right along side with the other dogs! The only thing I wish is that Cathleen had started taking care of pups long ago, because she is a natural and I would have totally chosen their loving home over a cold kennel any day. Thank-you Cathleen for making Ruthie and us very happy! We will for sure be coming back! 😊

Kyah was wonderful and patient and communicative and loving with Ocho. She and her sweet family, their dog included, worked to calm Ocho's separation nerves and gave him lots of walks and attention. I recommend her very highly! Thank you!!!!

My dog Zoe is a high energy, anxious dog who likes other dogs but is skeptical around new people. When I dropped her off prior to my 1 week vacation , I was concerned how Zoe would adjust to her new surroundings. I need not have worried. The daily photos/videos and updates showed a happy dog enjoying her time with Cori and the other dogs. I will definitely rebook with Cori and highly recommend her to anyone else.

Jodie took great care of our 9 year old dog, Mylah. She sent daily updates and pictures. We had delayed flight issues and Jodie was very flexible and accommodating. We will be using her again for sure.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. Jennifer and Alex did a fantastic job of taking care of my pup while I was out of town. They sent me pictures daily and kept me informed of the fun Willy was having with their two friendly dogs. I will certainly be using them again when I go out of town.

Scott is very friendly, and Sophie came home happy and bouncing. This was the 1st time in a couple of years I put Sophie with someone as her previous Rover sitter retired and I have not been traveling for work for a while. I appreciate the care Scott took of Sophie and all the pics and updates while I was away. Since it had been so long since I left her with someone, I was a bit worried on how she would react. She did great and that is down to the care she was given. I am glad Scott had so many great reviews from other pet lovers and that he was available for me to try. Hope to use him again soon. I’ve known Leah for a few years now and was so excited to see she’s started doing this! We went away for a weekend and we left our 2 year old German Shepard with her. We did a meet up before as our pups had not met and our Shepard and Clark played well! Our Shepard is a bit of a rough player and super high energy and Leah and Clark did a wonderful job with him. He came home exhausted and you could tell he had an amazing time! Leah was even able flexible enough to accommodate a medical condition that popped up for our pup the day before we dropped him off. We’ll definitely be going back to Leah in the future!

Our boy Truckee had a great time with Celia and her family. They made us both feel welcome and comfortable from the beginning and I knew he would be in great hands. Celia was always quick to respond and was flexible. Would definitely book her again!

Elizabeth and her husband provided a wonderful place for our two fur babies while we were away traveling. The dogs were walked twice a day and enjoyed the company of her family. They do board a fairly large number of dogs in their home but I think our two felt loved and pampered. I recommend Elizabeth highly based on our dogs experience.

Stacy is a generous and kind host for your pet when staying with her. My dog has had many repeat visits here with Stacy. He’s a hyper 55lb guy who displays gentleness with Stacy’s cute tiny Remi. Your pet will be cared for well here.

Donna, thank you for taking such good care of Tinker while we were on vacation (for 9 nights). You are an absolute professional and your home is an excellent place to board small pups. We think Tinker was on a vacation on her own... getting snuggles and cuddles and having a couple of cool little dog-friends to play with. Thank you for the updates and pictures. It is such a treat to go on a vacation and not worry :) and your home and care for Tinker was excellent, Donna. Definitely will book again in the future.

Hongyee did a great job looking after Maggie while we were abroad. We received regular updates with photos and felt that Maggie was very well cared for. We will definitely leave Maggie with Hongyee in the future, she thoroughly enjoyed her visit.

Kristina was absolutely phenomenal. My dog is generally very anxious when I leave him places and he was immediately comfortable and, dare I say, even excited to go to Kristina's after the meet and greet! Kristina provided me with daily updates and took care of my dog with plenty of walks, playtime, and love, paying extra attention to his previous leg injuries and initial anxiety. I cannot recommend her enough!I generally don't even like leaving reviews but I felt strongly compelled to because of how happy I am with the stay. I rarely feel comfortable leaving my dog for trips, but he is already basically begging to go back! I would use her every time she is available. She truly cared for and connected with my best friend.

We had a short notice quick trip to Vancouver and Timothy was responsive and flexible Devi seemed to enjoy her time especially taking a liking to his daughter. We appreciate the late night pick up. Thank you so much!
