Absolutely fantastic. Made sure that both my kitties were taken care of, one of which is required meds multiple times a day. The other kitty Natalie managed to convince to come out of hiding, even though she hates anyone who isn't us.

Jocelyn was incredibly communicative throughout the week, providing regular updates and even photos of Wilson, which truly put our minds at ease. It was clear that she genuinely enjoys spending time with animals. Beyond just caring for Wilson, Jocelyn went above and beyond in taking care of our home. We were so impressed to come back and find the house even tidier than when we left! She thoughtfully took care of details like taking out the trash and even washed the towels and sheets she had used – something we've never experienced with other sitters. This level of attention to detail truly sets her apart. Most importantly, Wilson was clearly very comfortable and content when we returned. He seemed relaxed and happy, which speaks volumes about the care and attention Jocelyn provided.
