Jennifer was an absolute find! Our previous sitter had to retire, and we were looking for someone who could take care of our two kitties while we were on vacation. Jennifer was available, and we had a good sit down meeting with her prior to booking. She came over when scheduled, and sent us daily pictures of our fuzzies. We appreciate her willingness to seek out the cats, who always hid from her. We highly recommend her for anyone needing a pet sitter.

Novavilla has been taking care of our elderly cat for the last 4 weeks. We are very happy with Novavilla. She is always on time for feeding, and takes time to provide personal time for our kitty. We are impressed with Novavilla quality of care for our cat. We will always try to use Novavilla for any future cat care.

Danae was fantastic. She gave us lots of updates and knew how to make sure our energetic, “spicy” kitty was entertained. The house was really nice when we got back and her attention to detail was spectacular.
