Jessica was awesome and seems to have a way with cats - she was able to get our shy kitty to come say hi during a couple visits. Normally he just hides under the bed.

This was my first time asking Brendan to pet sit for my spicy Frenchie and playful cat. Brendan is so trustworthy, I had no concerns my entire trip. I knew my animals were in good hands. Brendan will definitely be my first choice for animal care going forward. Thanks Brendan!!

Lindsay took great care of our cat. We booked dropin visit and went on a trip, right before Seattles severe power outage. Lindsay was able to check out our cat as soon as the road cleared, even without the power. This is a great relief for pet parents traveling with unexpected severe weather conditions. Lindsay played with our cat and built good relation. She even changed battery for our beeping fire alarm so cat wouldn’t be bothered.

Dan is a responsible and friendly caretaker. He took care of our cats. We were satisfied with the drop-in visits. He is professional and did everything according to our instructions.

Beth was wonderful! She was able to hang out with my girl on short notice and arrived at the requested time. I know my pup enjoyed the visit! Thank you for going above and beyond.

Vanessa did a fantastic job dropping in on my two cats over the Christmas holiday! She consistently arrived at the same time to check on my pets, communicated clearly and quickly, and really put me at ease about leaving the girls at home instead of boarding them. I will definitely rebook with Vanessa any time I need to go out of town.

Danica was fantastic taking care of our older Lab. She gave us comprehensive updates after each visit, kept the schedule that we asked for, and gave Duke plenty of love. She is great! I think Duke might be looking forward to his family taking another vacation sooner rather than later!

Kaitlin was great with our cats and went above and beyond! There was a time where there was a power outage that stopped our automatic feeder and Kaitlin was able to turn it back on and make sure it would dispense food for our cats. I’m super grateful for that!

I am a new pet-parent and a first time user of Rover, so naturally I was anxious about leaving my cat for a week. But after meeting with Celia (she kindly came over twice before the visit to make sure Binx was acclimated to her), I was RELAXED and ready to have my vacation! Celia is a NATURAL with animals; her love and empathy towards them is obvious. She went out of her way to send me daily pictures, videos, and updates of Binx while I was gone. Communication was also 💯. Celia is someone you can trust and rely on. I am glad to have found my new cat-sitter! ❤️
