Charis was absolutely amazing with my dog Loca! From the moment we connected, I felt completely at ease leaving Loca in her care. Charis was kind, professional, and clearly has a real love for animals. She sent regular updates and adorable photos, which meant a lot while I was away. Loca came home happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for—like she’d been on her own little vacation! I could tell Charis treated her like part of the family.
