Such a helpful, reliable, and caring pet sitter! Charles looked after my cat for several days, stopping in twice a day to feed and entertain her. I was able to travel without worrying, knowing that she was well cared for. When there was a glitch with my travel plans, Charles adjusted. His communication was top notch. I will absolutely reach out to him when I head out on my next trip.

Helen is awesome! She's quite the cat whisperer - so good at getting cats to take their medicine. She also has really good insights on cats' psyche. For example, if your cat is stressing out she's really good at spotting the signs and making recommendations to counter & improve the cat's emotional and physical well-being. I honestly think our own cat pickles was sad to see us come home! Helen is also super flexible - our return flights got suddenly cancelled and Helen quickly agreed to extend and this gave us huge peace of mind. You will have a hard time finding someone as responsible, reliable,and as professional as Helen is.

Lauren was extremely communicative and kind. She was a true life saver for Archie & took well care of him during her stops!

wow, I cannot believe how great of an experience this was for my first time using Rover. You did so great at making them feel comforted while their daddy was gone. They welcomed me with open arms and lots of communication and I could tell that they were well taken care of. I will most likely be having a similar trip about once every four or five weeks for now on, and I would be honored to continue with your services if you are available.

Emily is quick in responding messages, she is on time, and very nice. Unfortunately my dog is still uncomfortable with her after multiple visits.
