I would give Jess more stars if that was an option! Jess is so kind, reliable and prompt to respond. Our sweet Rottie loved Jess from the meet and greet on instantly! She took such good care of him during the drop in visits. We got video and picture updates each check-in. We were completely at ease enjoying our weekend trip knowing Jax was in great hands. We will definitely use Jess again! Our fur baby is family to us and we won't leave him with just anybody. Jess is awesome!!

Maranda was great. She stopped by beforehand to review our cats' needs to make sure they were well cared for while we were away. Very communicative and would recommend!
