We had such a wonderful experience with Kelsey while we were out of town for a week! Communication was truly excellent — we always felt informed and reassured while we were away. She was incredibly flexible and accommodating when our travel plans unexpectedly changed, which meant so much to us. We loved receiving frequent photos and updates, and it was clear our pets were happy and well cared for. Beyond being reliable and professional, she was genuinely kind and thoughtful. Ryn did a fantastic job house sitting and caring for our cats and outdoor rabbits for a week. At the meet and greet she showed up on time, knew the names of all our pets and had clearly read through all the notes on Rover ahead of time. She took wonderful care of them while we were gone, followed all the care instructions, indulged our elderly cat, sent cute photos, and even left the house more organized and cleaner than when we left! I have already booked Ryn for another stay and would highly recommend her.

Angel saved the day with my last minute booking due to previous cat sitter not working out. He was extremely responsive and communicative which was much appreciated. He left detailed reports on drop in’s and I was able to enjoy my vacation far from home without having to stress because I knew my cats were in good hands. Angel is highly professional but also very personable and easygoing.
