Excellent! Erin is fabulous and my kitty was so well taken care of! Erin sent great reports that made me know my cat was doing well while I was away. Erin even took out the trash! I will definitely book with Erin in future. I have a bit of a hard time leaving my kitty when I'm going to be gone for a long period. I was so reassured with Erin caring for my Jemma, I was able to let go of that worry. I'm so appreciative for the care Erin provided. >^..^<

This was my first time using Rover and I was anxious to leave my dogs with someone I had just met. But Coy was awesome— my dogs clearly enjoyed their time with her and her texts and pictures assured me that all was well. I’m grateful that she was there! Jen took care of all three of our kitties and our home while we were gone, going above and beyond to take care of little things around the house. She spent lots of time with our furbabies and we felt they were happy and healthy when we returned. Will book again!
