Richard is the best. I got home after a few days to find my kitty calm and happy to see me. He was all brushed out and it was obvious he was well-cared for in my absence.
Heidi has always taken great care of my 2 cats! Always get pictures every day (mostly of them hiding under the bed since they are not the bravest of boys)! I will definitely be asking her first whenever I need a drop-in to take care of them!
