James is an excellent cat sitter. Setting up the times for key pickup and drop off was hassle free. My cat who is typically on the shyer side was immediately friendly with James.

Yijun did an excellent job taking care of Hallo. They always looked like they were having fun together. She’s been so attentive and didn’t have any issues. Yijun always sent videos of how Hallo was doing. Overall excellent!

This was my first booking with Ani and I am very pleased with her care. I got updates every day with pictures which I love receiving. My cat looked engaged ☺️ I will most definitely turn to her again for future needs and really hope she will be available.

Aria is a very friendly, responsible young woman, who did everything I asked for the welfare and happiness of my cat. I highly recommend her as a pet sitter, at the very least, as I think she is capable of any job for which she applies. I will certainly try to hire her again. Harris Jaffee

Before the first visit, Lydia came over early just to learn their routines and note where everything was. During visits, she spoiled them rotten: tons of photos, pristine litter boxes, fresh water/food, and playtime until even our shy cat was purring! After each visit, she left detailed Rover cards with adorable pics and notes—we felt so connected even while away. 10/10 would recommend to any cat parent!

I can’t thank Xuemei enough for taking such wonderful care of my cat during the past month. She is a true animal lover — it was clear from the start that she didn’t just want to look after my cat but genuinely wanted to connect and befriend her. Her home setup made my cat feel immediately comfortable. With an automatic feeder, a self-cleaning litter box, and plenty of cute stuff, my cat quickly settled into a cozy routine. I could tell she felt safe and happy there, thanks to both the setup and Xuemei’s gentle patience. What I appreciated most was her proactive communication. She regularly sent me photos and videos, which not only brightened my day but also made me feel at ease knowing my cat was healthy and content. I highly recommend Xuemei to anyone looking for a caring, responsible, and genuinely loving cat sitter. She treated my cat like family, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Second time Alejandro has cared for our cats - he’s great! Seems to genuinely care for the cats, and they seem to really like him! Great communication and makes me really comfortable to leave my cats in his care. I’ll continue to request him for future needs!

Leelay was fantastic! She’s so knowledgeable and kept me updated on how my cat had been everyday. Leelay’s the only person I can trust my cat with while I’m out of town and I look forward to having her take care of my cat next time! Highly recommend!

I would definitely recommend Bailey to anyone looking for a sitter to drop in on their cat(s). I hired Bailey to drop in on my cat over a 3ish week timespan. She followed instructions carefully and, more impressively, was able to get my very shy cat to open up to her. For context, my cat is extremely wary of strangers and hides when unfamiliar people are at my house. I was very happy to eventually see pictures of my cat happily cuddling up to Bailey. Bailey also clearly cares about providing excellent care to her clients’ animals.

Alexa did a great job dealing with some challenges that we didn’t properly prepare her for. Our cats had unprecedented diarrhea and vomiting that began just as we left, and Alexa gave us updates on their condition and was ready to take them to the vet if they didn’t approve (thankfully they did!). Additionally, our furnace shut off for some reason and Alexa communicated with us that the house was quite cold. She came everyday and scooped the cats litter and changed their pee pads, even though we forgot to tell her where the garbage bags were. Thank you!

Lydia was communicative, kind, caring, respectful, and everything you would want in a pet sitter. She played with my very anxious baby and took such good care of her. I’m so grateful! You won’t regret leaving your pets in her care. :)

we had a wonderful experience with ZIYI caring our cats during our New Year vacation. Ziyi kept us updated and giving us peace of mind. We returned home to find our place clean and well maintained, which we really appreciated. Most importantly, ZIYI provided attentive ans loving care to both our cats.
