Despite our cat being incredibly shy, Shelby was great and made sure he was well taken care of. Really appreciate her check-ins and her communication.

Izzy is always amazing with our pets. She is easy going and communicative and always sends lots of pictures of her drop ins. She consistently spends over 30 minutes with our cats and is great! We’ve used her for about 8 months now for week long and weekend trips.

Being our first use of your service, we were very pleased with Alana. She gave us daily updates of our cats as well as pics awaiting their meals. The feeders were set and the litter tidy. Our old girl sometimes misses the target……

Sha did drop in visits for my 2 cats while I was gone. They were punctual, and very sweet to both of them. The cats seemed comfortable with them despite only being in my home a short amount of time. Sha even got them to play a little, and they are hard to motivate to play even with me! They took lots of pictures of what the kitties did while they were there and left wonderful reports. My mind was at ease knowing they were in good hands. Thank you!

Leaving a pet at home when we go on a trip has always been stressful for us. This was our first time using Rover and we are so glad we did. Kim did an amazing job looking after our cat while we were away. She was punctual, which we were grateful for, so as to keep our kitty's routine as normal as possible. We received daily pictures, as well as texts, on how each visit went. She was quick to respond to all of my text messages and just gave us such peace of mind knowing things were being done just as we would do them while were gone. We will absolutely be contacting Kim in the future for all of our pet sitting needs. Couldn't be happier!

We recently were gone for a week and hired Ashley to look after our cat during drop in visits, and she couldn’t have done a better job. Ashley made sure that our cat was comfortable in his own environment, and sent us the most incredible photos and descriptions of how he behaved that day. We are so incredibly appreciative of Ashley’s amazing work and will no doubt be hiring her again in the future. She really went above and beyond, and I highly recommend her services. Katija was great with visits with my cat! She checked-in after every visit with pictures and made sure to ask questions to ensure my cat was being adequately cared for.
