Danielle was very reliable, observant and attentive. There was some miscommunication on my part and Danielle responded in a flexible and accommodating manner. Her reports were thorough and I felt better being away from my cats. Thank you Danielle! We will re-book with her and I highly recommend her.

This was Dasha’s second time she watched our cat. She was well cared for with detailed updates and several photos every day. Dasha also helped by pulling in some packages that got delivered while we were gone. Very happy with how she has been able to be a companion for our kitty when we are out of town.

Kristi came over for a drop in on my large and highly energetic fur babies. They’re a lot to handle and Kristi did great! She arrived right at the time we discussed and had excellent communication. She’s lovely to work with and left so many cute pics of the pups ? Thank you Kristi for treating my little ladies like they were your own, I know they we were in capable and caring hands ☺️

Jeremy was awesome as always! Communicates very well, on time and our dog loves him. He is also very understanding of any changes need to be made for a reservation.

Deana was wonderful! I really appreciated her flexibility during the initial scheduling, which made the process so much easier. She has a true knack with animals, as she was able to pet our shy cat—a rare feat that speaks volumes about her approach and care. Deana also followed all instructions perfectly, including additional feedings and notes from our primary house sitter. She was highly responsive and provided good photos from every visit which is always appreciated. Highly recommend her services!

I wasn't completely satisfied with Amanda's services. While she completed her duties during the drop-ins, her communication was lacking. First, I had a shipment of dog food that I asked her to put in the fridge. I never received a response about this. It wasn't until my neighbor arrived a few days later that I discovered it hadn't been done, and my neighbor ended up putting it away for us. Second, I needed to cancel one of the scheduled days. Amanda responded and canceled, but she didn't cancel all the time slots I needed. When I followed up to ask how to get the other times canceled, she stopped responding altogether. Additionally, there was a cancellation policy in place, and I was charged a fee for it. While I understand that this was necessary, it was frustrating because she had to cancel on me (during one of my times). If something comes up I understand…but I’d also like the same understanding and not be charged for it. Like I said though, job was done. So, I do appreciate that. I never got a chance to meet her but she seems like a good pet sitter.

Carmen was amazing with our dogs! She was very patient and so considerate of there needs. Carmen went above and beyond to make our pups comfortable while we were gone. When one dogs got out of the yard and she walked around until she found him. She is so amazing!

Kim was fantastic. She did a great job with befriending my fur-baby for the week. I swear she didn't even miss me! Kim is definitely my "go-to" sitter from here on out.

Baylee is a great pet setter! Communication is clear, visits are on time, shares a few pictures to show she's making friends with our Spot. Already booked again!
