Stephanie was a fantastic sitter! She provided amazing care for our kitty and she totally gets cats. Stephanie was even able to get our very difficult cat let her pet her, which has never happened before! We felt so comfortable leaving our cat with her. Highly recommend!

I do not know if I can adequately describe how I feel about Kimberly. She is not "just a sitter on Rover" - Kimberly has become part of our extended family. As with many pet owners, it can be hard to hand over the care of pets to anyone, let alone someone you do not know. That was how I felt when I first reached out to Kimberly. We recently relocated to the greater Seattle area, and one of the hardest parts of the move was finding a new sitter who could live up to the one we had in Canada. I had heard of Rover and, with some deep investigating, found Kimberly. I reached out; she quickly responded, met us in person and answered all our questions. We set off on our trip and received daily updates and photos. I know the updates are a part of the protocol, but Kimberly does it wholeheartedly. Coming home, our fur kids were happy and content, which was a great welcome. That was almost a year ago, and our relationship keeps getting better. Jackson is amazing. We have an anxious dog who has some fear based aggression and had issues with every sitter we have tried in the past. Jackson has been willing to take on the challenge and working toward earning Hank's trust. He seems to be very understanding of dogs like Hank unlike any other sitter we have worked with. Jackson was willing to spend a lot of time at a meet and greet working with Hank as well.

Michael did a great job feeding out cat daily while we were gone for a week. Took some great pictures! Great communication as well. Would definitely recommend!

I felt very comfortable leaving my "Son" in their hands. They were punctual and were able to handle Flash without any trouble. It made what I needed to do easier. I also had some mix-ups early on in scheduling and they were very understanding and could accommodate some changes without feeling poorly about it. I would use them again for sure

Kory is the best! We were out of town for over two weeks and they were able to get our super shy and scared rescue kitten to trust and come out of hiding, and our older kitty was in heaven with all the cuddles. Kory is kind, patient, and communicative. Receiving daily updates with photos was so reassuring and helped us feel connected to our fur babies while we were out of town. We will reach out to Kory first from now on when needing a pet sitter.

Louise was an excellent sitter for our cat! Great communication and very consistent. Even though our cat was shy, she was still able to have great play time with her and ensure all her needs were met. Highly recommend!!
