Natasha provided an excellent drop-in visit. She arrived on time, gave my puppy plenty of attention, and even incorporated a short training session, a service that is very hard to find. The updates and photos were clear and reassuring, and it was evident my Sloan was well cared for. Highly recommend her services, she has put my worried mom heart at ease.

Sha did drop in visits for my 2 cats while I was gone. They were punctual, and very sweet to both of them. The cats seemed comfortable with them despite only being in my home a short amount of time. Sha even got them to play a little, and they are hard to motivate to play even with me! They took lots of pictures of what the kitties did while they were there and left wonderful reports. Izzy was wonderful with our two pups! We had a busy weekend with a rehearsal dinner and wedding, and it gave us real peace of mind knowing they were in such good hands. Lisa is a great Rover pet caregiver! She checked in on our very shy cat while we were away and coaxed her into taking trats, playing and some head butting. She is a cat whisperer! I would hire Lisa again for sure.

2 of our 3 pets had ongoing medical issues, but we had commitments out of town for a day and a half, and Branden stepped into the gap. He took great care of all three and really got us out of a pinch in doing so. Fabulous work!
