Pet Sitting & Drop Ins in Lake Bosworth

Laylah was a life saver while we were out of town on our family trip! She took care of our two Maine Coons Dixie and Benny just like we would have ourselves. This is the first time we’ve used the app, but will definitely be rebooking with Laylah in the future!

Kristi came over for a drop in on my large and highly energetic fur babies. They’re a lot to handle and Kristi did great! She arrived right at the time we discussed and had excellent communication. She’s lovely to work with and left so many cute pics of the pups ? Thank you Kristi for treating my little ladies like they were your own, I know they we were in capable and caring hands ☺️

Kamile and her family did a wonderful job with Cleo. Cleo has so much fun when they visit.

Jeremy did a wonderful job with checking in on our 2 cats while we were out of town. He played with them, sent us pictures, and even sent a little summary of the day. We were pleasantly surprised with him going the extra mile when he brought our trash bin in from the curb after the garbage truck picked up for the week, and we didn't even ask him to do that. He's just a gem! We will definitely use him again

Deana was great with our kitties! We have one that takes a pill every night and has issues taking it from strangers, but Deana was able to get him to take his medicine. She took time to play with the cats and help them feel more comfortable with her each day. I would book with Deana again!

I wasn't completely satisfied with Amanda's services. While she completed her duties during the drop-ins, her communication was lacking. First, I had a shipment of dog food that I asked her to put in the fridge. I never received a response about this. It wasn't until my neighbor arrived a few days later that I discovered it hadn't been done, and my neighbor ended up putting it away for us. Second, I needed to cancel one of the scheduled days. Amanda responded and canceled, but she didn't cancel all the time slots I needed. When I followed up to ask how to get the other times canceled, she stopped responding altogether. Additionally, there was a cancellation policy in place, and I was charged a fee for it. While I understand that this was necessary, it was frustrating because she had to cancel on me (during one of my times). If something comes up I understand…but I’d also like the same understanding and not be charged for it. Like I said though, job was done. So, I do appreciate that. I never got a chance to meet her but she seems like a good pet sitter.

Mel was great, professional and responsive! Sent me a cute photo of my dog and her playing. Will definitely use her again and highly recommend.

Happy kitties = happy family. Jalen went above and beyond for our guys and did it in 2021/22 Snopacalypse. Glad to have a friendly sitter for our two. Wouldn’t hesitate to use Jalen again.

Kim is amazing. First time using Rover and a sitter and I couldn't have asked for anyone better. Kim was professional, punctual, had great communication, and was amazing with my pups! I highly recommend Kim and will use her again in the future!

Alex is very professional, friendly, and quick to respond. He even offered to check on our litter robot when there was a power outage alert during our trip. We trust him with all of our cat needs and will definitely book Alex again in the future!
