Danielle was very reliable, observant and attentive. There was some miscommunication on my part and Danielle responded in a flexible and accommodating manner. Her reports were thorough and I felt better being away from my cats. Thank you Danielle! We will re-book with her and I highly recommend her.

Kristi came over for a drop in on my large and highly energetic fur babies. They’re a lot to handle and Kristi did great! She arrived right at the time we discussed and had excellent communication. She’s lovely to work with and left so many cute pics of the pups ? Thank you Kristi for treating my little ladies like they were your own, I know they we were in capable and caring hands ☺️

Jeremy is great! He was very nice when he came to meet my dog. He’s been really great with her and she really likes him and his doing drop in’s on the days I can’t make it home between runs for my job is incredibly helpful to me.

Kamile and her family did a wonderful job with Cleo. Cleo has so much fun when they visit.

Deana was wonderful! I really appreciated her flexibility during the initial scheduling, which made the process so much easier. She has a true knack with animals, as she was able to pet our shy cat—a rare feat that speaks volumes about her approach and care. Deana also followed all instructions perfectly, including additional feedings and notes from our primary house sitter. She was highly responsive and provided good photos from every visit which is always appreciated. Highly recommend her services!

I wasn't completely satisfied with Amanda's services. While she completed her duties during the drop-ins, her communication was lacking. First, I had a shipment of dog food that I asked her to put in the fridge. I never received a response about this. It wasn't until my neighbor arrived a few days later that I discovered it hadn't been done, and my neighbor ended up putting it away for us. Second, I needed to cancel one of the scheduled days. Amanda responded and canceled, but she didn't cancel all the time slots I needed. When I followed up to ask how to get the other times canceled, she stopped responding altogether. Additionally, there was a cancellation policy in place, and I was charged a fee for it. While I understand that this was necessary, it was frustrating because she had to cancel on me (during one of my times). If something comes up I understand…but I’d also like the same understanding and not be charged for it. Like I said though, job was done. So, I do appreciate that. I never got a chance to meet her but she seems like a good pet sitter.

We love Jelen! She takes great care of our 2 cats during drop in visits whenever we are out of town. She sends thorough reports and lots of pics. She keeps the litter box clean, gives them lots of cuddles, and helps our finicky senior kitty eat. The cats love her and are not cranky when we get home (like they have been with other sitters). Wow! Just wow! Kim is absolutely amazing, she went over and beyond to make sure our 2 dogs were very well taken care of. I had a lot of anxiety about hiring someone I didn’t previously know. The moment I read Kim’s profile I felt excited about the opportunity; she came over to our place prior to our trip & met our boys, played with them, asked lots of great questions, wanted to know where the leashes, collars, lick mats, Kongs, etc… she went the extra mile in every way. I immediately felt like this is someone I can trust with accessing my home and handling my boys. She’s professional, consistent, trustworthy, loving, and overall just a kind person with a sweet heart, who loves animals. My dogs are the happiest I’ve ever seen them while out of town. Kim’s the kind of person who had a lot of experience and A LOT of heart. You can tell she loves what she does. Anyways, I’ll stop rambling. I have so many more great things I could say about the care and services Kim provided for our family. Overall, if you are like me, and take extra special care of your animals and want them to have that same love and attention while you’re away- then hire Kim! She’s my new go to person from here on out! I’m so comfortable with her, I’d even board my dogs (something I’ve never had to do & makes my anxiety freak out) with her WITHOUT stressing about it☺️. Kim if you are reading this, thank you again for being such an incredible human being. Have a wonderful new years celebration & stay warm ☕️
