This was my first time using Rover and Juliette made the whole experience easy and positive. I had a great trip knowing that my cat was in the care of such an intuitive and responsible person. Juliette was very communicative so I knew we were on the same page about what my cat needed while I was away. On meeting my cat, she was very gentle and paid attention to my senior cat’s body language and comfort level. I appreciated the thorough write ups and photos and will reach out to Juliette again if she is available for my future trips!

Allison was very cooperative throughout the week I needed someone to care for my cats. She was very responsive, caring towards my cats, and went beyond what I expected. She was even able to get my shy cat to come out, which not many people can do. I'm very happy with her work!!

Sabrina and Daniel were incredible! They took care of our cat for 10 days while we were on a long distance road trip. We didn’t always have the best service during our trip, but we always received consistent and timely updates from Sabrina and Daniel, which were always a treat to receive when we returned into service. They were great to communicate with and gave our girl the best care. I’ll always be grateful to them for the peace of mind they gave us for our trip. It allowed us to be fully present and not worried about what was going on at home with our kitty! Will absolutely be hiring them again.

Kayce is fantastic! My cat is an older girl with some health issues. Kayce was an absolute pro when it came to working with her and giving her the plethora of medicines! Highly recommend Kayce!

Emily was wonderful! She took care of our cat super well, was very communicative, and we came back to a tidy house and happy kitty!

Truly feel fortunate, my first time using Rover, and had an incredible experience with Madysen! She took such good care of Lincon, it was awesome getting all those photos and videos of him, and the updates on how he was doing made me feel extra secure that he was in good hands. Amy is so considerate and compassionate. My cat has a condition and requires lots of love and meds, but she loves Amy! Amy is also great at communicating with me about her everyday in details on how she’s doing, especially when my cat s situation got a bit stressful. So happy we have Amy to care for my cat.

Truly the best rover we have ever had. She took exceptional care of our pets and even tho our cats had an accident, we came back to a spotless home!she also gave us lots of pictures and great updates that gave us peace of mind. Cannot recommend enough.

Jen took great care of our two cats! It was great peace of mind receiving consistent photographs from Jen while we were away and to come home to a well-cared for home and pets. Jen responded to messages timely as well as met with us before the stay to meet our pets and understand our care instructions. I would certainly recommend!

Jerilyn is simply wonderful! She watched Kyoto once before when we had to find someone last minute and after that knew she was our go to when Kyoto needed someone to watch her. Kyoto takes a while to warm up to people and Jerilyn respected her boundaries while also showing she could be friend! We will definitely rebook with Jerilyn in the future.
