Avery did drop-in visits for my two cats while I was away for a week. She did such a great job. She did a walk through before my trip and took notes on all the details. During my trip she was excellent at communicating and very attentive to the cats. I really appreciated knowing that my cats were well taken care of while I was away.

She sent pics and videos multiple times a week and was kind enough to invite my daughter to visit our cat while she's been boarded long-term. We had never hired a pet-sitter before, and we were nervous about leaving our cats home while I had to take a 3-day business trip. One of our cats is shy around other people and has weird eating habits. Zane set our minds at ease. She visited with us first and got to know the cats, then she gave us update photos/videos and comments with every visit. She was patient and kind and really took the time to earn our shy cat's trust. We would absolutely hire her again in the future.
