Rebecca took great care of Tex the last two days and sent plenty of photos and even videos. The first day she was supposed to come, Rebecca had a family emergency which caused her to forget about our walk and forget to contact me. Tex was left home for about 16 hours by himself, so I was pretty upset. However, she apologized, refunded the day to me, and proceeded to provide two additional excellent days of care. I am writing this as honest review, but also so that potential clients know that she made the situation right after, and I would still continue to use her services to care for Tex. Based on prior reviews, I know that this is not something that has happened before and was truly just an unusual situation.
