Pet Sitting & Drop Ins in Nine Mile Falls

We are so glad we found Sydney! Our dog doesn’t let just anyone care for her, so it was a huge relief when she warmed up to Sydney. Sydney is so knowledgeable, and you can tell she really cares about the animals she cares for. Loved all the pictures, and detailed updates we received when we were on our trip. Can’t recommend her enough. We will definitely be using her more in the future.

Aliyah was so sweet!! She took such good care of our two cats and kept us updated with notes and pictures! We will absolutely be using her again 😊

Beth was great and quickly befriended Billi who's still coming out of her shell. I got regular pictures of a happy cat and came home to a clean house. Beth communicated promptly and is very friendly. I'll definitely ask her to watch Billi again.

Natalee was great with our pups. She was super responsive, communicative, took great pictures, and our dogs loved her immediately upon meeting her the first time.

In short, Taylor is excellent. My cat “Mouse” has some minor medical issues. He requires meds to be given with food, and has some related issues that need specific responses. I gave the basics of his needs in my profile, and then gave more details verbally to Taylor before she took care of him for a few days. During our conversation before care started, she was taking notes, then went over them with me to ensure her notes were accurate. During her time taking care of Mouse, she provided very detailed notes and pictures from her visits. It was clear that she followed my instructions explicitly. She mentioned some things that happened during her visits due to his medical issues, and noted how she responded. It was very comforting to know that she responded correctly, per my instructions, and kept me up to date on how he was doing. It’s clear that she cares about the animals that she takes care of, and knows how to earn their trust. She didn’t push or force herself on Mouse, she gently let him check her out and accept her presence before proceeding to interact more with him. When she interacted with him, she was very perceptive in learning what he likes and doesn’t like. Mouse clearly enjoyed his time with her. Finally, it’s a little scary letting someone you don’t know in to your life and house to take care of your pet. My daughter couldn’t visit as often as needed, and really wanted me to find other friends who could visit Mouse. That’s easier said than done, especially because I travel a lot. After seeing the visit notes and pictures that Taylor provided, Taylor won my daughter over. She could clearly see how well Taylor was taking care of Mouse, and said Taylor took better care of Mouse than she did. I can’t give higher praise than that. I’m looking forward to future trips with Taylor taking care of Mouse.

Tierra took great care of our two large dogs during multiple days of drop-in/dog walking visits. Great communication & professionalism! We are extra appreciative because one of our dogs we very recently adopted (and definitely a handful), so we are grateful Tierra was able to help us out.

Betty is awesome! She did an amazing job of taking care of my two rambunctious boys while I was away on a work trip. Awesome communication and she sent me several updates too! Will use her again!

Cathy was wonderful and even managed to get a photo of one of our very stranger-adverse cats. We would definitely hire her again to look after our kitties!

Danielle was an absolute superstar when watching my two fur babies. She sent photos during every drop in and provided detailed updates, which was super comforting. I’ve not used Rover before and she has set the standard super high for me! My one kitty needed medication and she made super she was taken care of and then some. I would recommend her to any and everyone :)

This is our first time using Rover and we are absolutely blown away by Emily! She came a few days ago for a meet and greet and has done 2 check-ins for us since then. She is kind and professional. Clearly a dog lover. She sent Rover card updates that included wonderful pictures of my dogs. With everything else going on in life, it really does take a weight off to know that my dogs are being cared for when I'm away for a long day. I have had bad experiences in the past with house/dog sitters so I was nervous opening up our home and family to a new person, but I am so glad we found Emily!!! We have already booked more with her! Thank you Emily!!!

Scarlett was so great with all my pets while I was away! She was very attentive and updated me during her visits and went above and beyond to make them more comfortable due to them having some separation anxiety. I cannot thank her enough for everything she did and I would highly recommend her for your pets. I hope to be able to book with her again!
