House Sitting in Normandy Park

Brandy did a brilliant job taking care of our two big pups while we were out of town! We got daily updates and cute pics of our pups, and they were happy and content when we got home.

John is fantastic! His warm friendly personality was exactly what we needed for a week long house/pet sitting stay. He was prepared, communicative, punctual, and reliable. Our 7 pets were lovingly cared for and we would 100% book him again!

Brittney and Xime took excellent care of Gwen (GSD), Mulan (cat), Yeti (cat), Scorch (blue-tongue skink), Tiger (bearded dragon), and Harold (tarantula) while we were away for a long weekend. We received regular updates, photos, and questions as needed. Communication was clear, the house was clean and tidy when we returned, and the pets showed zero signs of stress. We will absolutely be booking with Brittney and Xime again!

Saghar is an absolute rock star of a sitter! This was the first time we'd taken a trip in a long while, and we couldn't have been happier that our paths crossed with Saghar. She made us feel completely at ease during our time away, thanks to her consistent and thoughtful communication. When a storm blew through, she even went above and beyond by helping out around the house. Also, our house was in immaculate condition when we returned. Saghar understood how difficult it was for us to leave, and she made sure we were always up to date with everything that was happening. We couldn't recommend her highly enough!

A year and a half ago our dog Cosmo was injured, resulting in him being paralyzed in his rear legs. After his injury, we soon learned that caring for a paraplegic dog was harder than taking care of an able bodied one. For example Cosmo now wears a diaper that needs to be changed 4 to 5 times a day, he needs frequent baths, needs to be lifted repeatedly and carried up and down the stairs, etc… This extra care was too much for our previous dog sitter to handle and we had to go on the search for a new one. Which eventually brought us to Rover, where we came across Brooklin’s profile. I would also like to mention that due to covid, and his injury, Cosmo has not been socialized very well, and does not take to strangers easily. This however did not deter Brooklin, nor did the extra work that would be involved with Cosmo's care. She was willing to take the time to learn about Cosmo’s special needs and to also let him get comfortable with her. It took multiple visits, but eventually Cosmo bonded to Brooklin, and they are now buds. During those multiple visits we got to know Brooklin, and felt very comfortable leaving her with Cosmo (and our house for that matter) when we recently went on vacation. While we were gone Brooklin kept us up to date with Cosmo's care and sent us multiple pictures and videos of him. When we returned I could tell that Cosmo had grown to really like her by the way they were interacting. The house was also in perfect condition, she even stripped her bed. If you are looking for a dog sitter that you can trust to take good care of your dog, then look no further. Brooklin is the one. She has a way with animals and we will definitely be using her again for future trips. We couldn’t recommend her more highly.

Tiana does an amazing job with our two senior dogs. She’s very communicative and sends daily updates and pictures. Our girls love her and we always try to book her when we leave town!

10/10 for Larcy and the fantastic service she provided for us during our one week trip away from home. We have had many rover sitters throughout the recent years and Larcy is honestly the best rover sitter we have had in a very long time. She took such good care of Theodore and our home while we were away. We are so glad to have found her! We will certainly be reaching out her for future travels. Huge thank you to Larcy!

We and the kids are some comfortable with Mary. We have really shy and often anxious with strangers pair of dogs - and we can’t believe how quickly they are accepting Mary. It’s like they have known each other for awhile now. Can’t wait to get to take a full vacation again soon, knowing our kids will be so comfortable with their new friend!!!

From the moment he walked into our house, our girl warmed up to Tim quickly. As she can be reactive, that set us at ease that she was in good hands. We appreciated the pictures and updates throughout our trip, and that our home was well cared for as well while we were gone. We will definitely book Tim again and can highly recommend him.

Hunter watched our two dogs for a week and did an amazing job! One of our dogs can be reactive, which is always a worry of ours and makes finding a sitter difficult. Hunter came over to our place for a meet and greet and our reactive dog warmed up to Hunter almost immediately. Following Hunter's stay, we came home to two very happy and healthy dogs, and a clean house. We will definitely use Hunter again when we're out of town.

Blaine was lovely and did a great job with our senior dogs. She is very clean, friendly, and considerate. We look forward to her help again!

Kayleigh was wonderful with our pets while we were away. We were nervous since it was our first time but Kayleigh made sure to send us photographs on the regular along with small updates to put us at ease. We’re definitely looking. forward to having Kayleigh stay with our pets next time we travel!

Emily was great with the cats! They both warmed up to her quickly and she was prompt in giving us updates. Would recommend her for any house sitting or pet sitting needs in the future.

Stephanie watched our two small dogs, one is almost eleven and the other is two years old, at our home while we went away on a four night trip to Las Vegas. We usually have family stay with them, but they were unavailable this time. We love our two girls so much and we are very picky and nervous about their care. Stephanie came to our house for a meet and greet prior to our vacation. We knew instantly that she would be great with our babies 😊 She sent us pictures and updates all throughout our trip. Our vacation was so much better when we could trust and relax knowing our dogs were well taken care of! When we came home our pups were very happy and healthy! We will definitely choose Stephanie to stay with our girls in the future! Thanks Stephanie!

Kimberly is truly a gem! She took wonderful care of our dog and home while we were away. She went above and beyond and showed exceptional skills in her care of our dog. She’s smart, thoughtful and very professional. I would definitely recommend Kimberly.
