We were impressed with Donna. She is friendly, warm, and genuinely liked our three babies. Our cats are elderly and shelter rescues so they can be difficult and slow to warm up to strangers. To our surprise, and delight, they took to Donna quickly between their behavior during the meet and greet and the photos Donna provided daily, the trip was much less stressful than I had feared it would be.
