House Sitting in Olalla

Katiana did a wonderful job sitting our 2 big dogs and our chickens, and managing our sustainable homestead. Communication was excellent, she was flexible when the schedule changed last minute, and the house was immaculate when we returned.

Code is great. Whenever we go out of town she looks after our fluffy kids. She always sends pictures and always keeps us update. We feel at ease when we’re out of town knowing they’re in great hands :)

Jordynn was an amazing house sitter and wonderful with our two large dogs and two cats while we were away for a week. Not only did our animals love her, but she was communicative, reliable, and helped us tremendously when our flights home were cancelled and delayed on our return trip. We will definitely contact Jordynn again in the future.

She is amazing with my French bulldog and I would recommend her to anyone needing their dog looked after.

Megan was a WONDERFUL house sitter. She took great care of Frankie who has a few quirks! Frankie requires a lot of exercise but is reactive on a leash. I really need someone that has a lot of experience with this issue and Megan handled her with confidence. Megan was very communicative and left the house very clean and tidy. I'll definitely use her again!

Penny was great to work with while scheduling our time with her. She came over to do a meet and greet with us and our dogs. We visited for over an hour and it felt like we were talking to an old friend!! She was great with the dogs and the house looked just like we left it!! She sent daily pictures and updates!! I would definitely in a heart beat have her watch our dogs again!!!

Megan was amazing while staying at my house for a night with my 15.5yo yorkie silkie. Very communicative and even put the sheets in the wash! Came home to a clean home with a happy dog. Thank you!!!

Melissa is amazing!!! We won the dog sitter lottery with her. She is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to dogs and has provided us with so many great suggestions for our dogs. She is someone who will love and care for your pets and house as her own. We came home from our trip to a spotless cleaned house exactly how we left it, if not even cleaner. She also follows COVID protocols, which is reassuring during the pandemic. The best part about her is she is truly a dog person! We have two very different dogs (one senior and one more playful) and she does a fantastic job accommodating both their personality types and needs. I am pretty sure our dogs had a vacation themselves when they spend time with her. She sends fantastic pictures which I have put in several picture frames and is great with multiple detailed updates throughout the day. I dread leaving my dogs but knowing they will be with Melissa is so comforting. She is truly a great person that I would highly recommend!

We can highly recommend Mimi and David for excellent cat care and house sitting. Our two cats are a bit aloof, but Mimi & David managed to bond with The Boys. The cats were healthy & happy when we returned. They managed a few visits from home & garden helpers while we were away. Our home was bright and clean upon our return. We appreciated their updates on the cats, including photos. Many thanks to them for the care & attention they gave our cats & our home.

Sarah was awesome… Super attentive and stayed in touch the whole time I was gone. She sent multiple pictures every day and was very reassuring. I would definitely recommend her and we’ll use her services again.

Michael was very prompt to respond to our short notice Rover request and was very communicative, including pictures, during our vacation. He had clean sheet on the bed when we got home and all the towels washed and put away as well. We will use Michael again on our next vacation!

Anne did a wonderful job house sitting and loving on our little rescue mutt Ziggy. She kept me well informed with updates and pictures, and Ziggy looked so happy and well cared for. Anne went above and beyond to make sure all of Ziggy's needs were met. I have a feeling that Anne gave Ziggy more attention and walks than I would have when I'm home! We will definitely hire her again and again.

Stephanie's communication was great and it seems like she enjoyed her time with our pups which is always an added bonus. Thank you for respecting their schedule as best as you could, they acted like we were never gone! We would definitely work with Stephanie again.

Jasmine and Brandt did an excellent job dog and house sitting for us! They watched all three of our dogs (one being only a 1 and 1/2 year old golden retriever with lots of energy ranging to an 11 year old labradoodle) while we went on vacation and we left them knowing they were getting lots of attention and play time. We knew when we met them they'd be responsible and caring toward our home and our dogs. We got lots of pictures of the dogs and they responded very quickly to any questions we had beforehand and while we were gone. All three dogs were happy when they met them, even the youngest who can be a little shy warmed right up to them! When we got home the house was clean and the dogs were happy. We would definitely recommend Jasmine and Brandt and would use them again to watch our fur babies in the future!

This was my first Rover experience in almost 10 years. Our 16yo terrier just wasn’t a great fit at her kennel anymore so we connected with Keleia. Trusting someone you don’t know with your home and pet is a big ask and she did just great. Keleia is calm and quiet and I think our dog Shelby appreciated that energy. Teagan was a fantastic house and pet sitter. Teagan was very responsive from the initial meet and greet with our pups, they instantly warmed up to her. During our trip Teagan communicated with pictures and updates everyday allowing us to fully relax knowing our home and furry baby family were in good hands. When we returned our house was well taken care of and the dogs were doing great. I would absolutely recommend Teagan to any of my friends and will use her as my house sitter going forward.
