House Sitting in Olalla

Katiana was very good with our two dogs, Bella and Donna. She sent pictures every day and was very responsive when I messaged her about any issues or concerns.

Codi was amazing! I felt like she spent an extraordinary amount of time playing with our two dogs. I'm a bit worried the pups would trade us in for Codi and her daughter haha

Annie stayed at my home for over a week to care for my family's elderly dog. Our sweet dog requires a high level of interaction because she receives medication multiple times a day, and she needs a consistent routine and companionship, so she requires a special touch. Upon meeting Annie, our dog instantly responded to Annie's sensitive, gentle, and loving disposition. While we were away, Annie checked in with us every day, sharing photos of our sweetheart and her activities for that day. Upon our return, I could tell our dog had received excellent care because her eyes were bright, she was relaxed, happy, and engaged. In addition to caring for our dog, Annie made sure our plants were watered, that all packages were picked up promptly, that the garbage was taken out, dishes were clean and that the house was tidy. She even went above and beyond by washing and drying the sheets and towels from the guest bedroom and guest bathroom. I feel so fortunate to have had Annie care for our home and beloved family dog. I highly recommend her, and I look forward to having her stay at our home and be a companion to our loved one again soon.

Hannah was great! She met us ahead of time, which was really nice, and we felt really comfortable having her at our house taking care of our animals! Will definitely book again. :)

Teagan has been, without a doubt, the most kind, attentive, and supportive dog and cat sitter we have ever had. From the very beginning, she took the time to truly understand each of our animals and their individual personalities, routines, and needs. Her knowledge and experience in pet care were immediately evident and gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. Our dog struggles with anxiety and separation issues, and Teagan went above and beyond to make sure she felt safe, comfortable, and cared for. She approached her needs with patience, compassion, and confidence, which made a world of difference for her—and for us. She was also incredibly attentive to our cats, ensuring they were well cared for and comfortable throughout her time with them. One of the things we appreciated most was her consistent communication. Teagan kept us regularly updated with messages and check-ins, letting us know how our animals were doing and reassuring us that they were in great hands. It was clear that she genuinely cares about the well-being of the animals she looks after. We felt completely confident leaving our pets in Teagan’s care and would recommend her wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a trustworthy, knowledgeable, and compassionate pet sitter. We truly cannot say enough good things about her.

Melissa was fantastic— great communication, lots of fun pictures, and super flexible when we had an unexpected delay in our return. Plus both house and dog were cleaner than we left them! Did a truly wonderful job and we look forward to the next time we can leave town knowing everything is in good hands.

She is amazing with my French bulldog and I would recommend her to anyone needing their dog looked after.

This was my first Rover experience in almost 10 years. Our 16yo terrier just wasn’t a great fit at her kennel anymore so we connected with Keleia. Trusting someone you don’t know with your home and pet is a big ask and she did just great. Keleia is calm and quiet and I think our dog Shelby appreciated that energy. Megan was outstanding! She took a last minute overnight booking to take care of our cats and feed our chickens. I couldn’t have been more pleased with her timeliness and communication from the meet and greet to her keeping me informed throughout her stay. Most importantly, our cats were well cared for - she really connected with them.

We can highly recommend Mimi and David for excellent cat care and house sitting. Our two cats are a bit aloof, but Mimi & David managed to bond with The Boys. The cats were healthy & happy when we returned. They managed a few visits from home & garden helpers while we were away. Our home was bright and clean upon our return. We appreciated their updates on the cats, including photos. Many thanks to them for the care & attention they gave our cats & our home.

Megan was amazing! She was able to look after our 3 dogs last minute after our buddy who was suppose to look after them fell ill. She was very communicative and sent lots of photos. We are incredibly thankful for her help!

Penny was an absolute godsend this weekend. She took marvelous care of our puppy who is recovering from a broken leg and is on several medications. Her calming effect on Kobe, experience working with many children and her training as a veterinary assistant put us at ease enough to leave him home while we took an important trip. Penny communicated quickly and clearly through out the process and it was clear she cared very much about our sweet puppy. We highly recommend Penny and are incredibly grateful to her!

Michael did a great job with our Old Man Otis and our non conventional home (we line in a 37' Class A Motorhome) Thank you Michael! We will for sure use you again when we are parked in Gig Harbor.

Sarah was awesome… Super attentive and stayed in touch the whole time I was gone. She sent multiple pictures every day and was very reassuring. I would definitely recommend her and we’ll use her services again.

Erica was the best. She was calm and sweet with our two excitable Labradoodles and communicated well during the evening. Our Doodles loved her! She was sensitive to their needs and followed our instructions well. It was New Years Eve and it can be loud around our house so we were glad to have her with our “Girls. Will definitely have her again.

Erica was very friendly, caring to us and our four pets. She administered meds to 3 of them which can be a handful to anyone. She kept our home neat and tidy. She was very communicative and sent daily photos of our pets. We definitely would hire Erica again and recommend her to our family and friends.

Super impressed by Maria! She went above and beyond to make sure our little rescue Ziggy had a great time, it wasn't just about the minimum meals and potty breaks. I actually think Ziggy was bored with me when I returned Haha! Now I have to step up the fun for my pup. Thank you Maria for being the Rover I've dreamed of.
