Dog Boarding in Orcas

Our dog is sweet but anxious. Kelsey worked well with her to get her settled for a short get-acquainted stay, and now we're feeling much more comfortable that she'll do better with a longer stay coming up.

Kelsey was fantastic. Bolt had the best time with Kelsey and family! This was a last minute booking and she was sooooo accommodating. I highly recommend using any of the services Kelsey offers. Thank you so much for making Bolt part of the family!

We felt very comfortable leaving our young dog with Virginia and her family. She sent updates and photos and took great care of our puppy. We will definitely book with her again the next time we are out of town.

Woody had such a good time with Nick and Rebecca that he hardly wanted to leave when my wife and I came to pick him up! After living on orcas for almost 10 years, I know what a pain it can be to plan trips off island. Having such a wonderful dog sitter (close to the landing) made it so much easier to take a trip with the family. Nick and Rebecca did such a good job with Woody, I would definitely bring him back to stay with them next time.

kris was amazing. Our dog is blind and needs more attention, love and patience than your average dog. We felt that Kris did exactly that. We will certainly use Kris again in the future to take care of Benny..

We couldn't be happier with the care that our boy recieved while we were away! Andrea and her family truly made our pup, Clyde, apart of their family for the week. She provided multiple updates, as requested, and every single one depicted our doggo having the time of his life! She made us feel like he was more than well looked after. She provided him with more than enough mental and physical stimulation, matching his wild doodle energy. She socialized him with other dogs and people, which our boy loves, and he always had someone around, which he is used to at home! He came back to us the happiest boy and way more settled than we expected (he struggles with this and we worried about his adjustment coming home-he's been absolutely content!). This is also the longest he's been away from us, ever. We have zero complaints and would most definitely book with Andrea again in the future! Highly recommend!

Lenore is an attentive and responsive pet sitter. Her home and yard are lovely. Lenore sent daily photos and videos which provide peace of mind. Our dog was a happy guy during his stay and enjoyed the company of Lenore's dog. Will definitely book with Lenore again.

Sarah was so wonderful to our pups. She sent updates, asked questions, and made sure everything was set up the morning of drop off! So very sweet, would definitely re-book with her again!

Rachel and family were amazing hosts for our dog Bodee. She gave us multiple daily updates, pictures and was very communicative. She gave Bodee such wonderful care and it is clear how much they love dogs. We will absolutely book with Rachel again!

Marta was so wonderful taking care of our little Luna while we were on Orcas at a weekend festival that didn’t allow dogs. It was great that Luna was able to have island adventures with Marta while we were having our own adventures. Marta took Luna on walks throughout the day and sent detailed reports from Luna’s perspective, which made us smile, knowing she was well cared for. Luna got to see a small horse, some wild turkeys, some deer, lots and lots of new sights and smells, and she even got to run around on the beach and go in the ocean. Thank you Marta for taking such good care of our Luna.

Jael and family were absolutely the best! There was a last minute change of plans and they accommodated my pup super last minute - what could have been anxiety inducing was made very smooth thanks to Jael’s hospitality and wonderful updates. My pup had a great time and I would definitely bring him again if I needed a pup sitter in Anacortes!

We just had Louis delivered to us by Kendall after our dog's first stay with her. Wow, I'm so impressed with Kendall's amazing dog sitting abilities. Before we'd even boarded our plane she had sent me a report of how Louis was adjusting, what they were doing together and she also sent me photos of Louis. And she continued to send us reports twice each day along with detailed reports of his food & treats intake, their walks, his adventures, etc. plus some photos. She also asked questions like "is Louis allowed to have a treat of cheese" and "is he allowed on your bed", etc. Our dog, Louis. is quite a nervous little dog and I was a bit worried that he wouldn't be able to bond with Kendall. It seems like they bonded very, very quickly. Kendall had suggested we meet for a walk or a visit at her home with Louis a few weeks before we went on vacation so that he'd be familiar with her and her home. This was a brilliant idea and gave not only Louis, but me reassurance that Louis would be well taken care of. And this initial meeting/visit was at no cost to us. I'm so relieved to have found such a responsible, reliable, knowledgeable pet sitter and will definitely be using her again soon. We're planning a 6-8 week trip in the Spring and I know Louis will be well looked af†er and loved by Kendall. I can't recommend Kendall highly enough!

My dog is a 14 year old mini schnauzer who can't see or hear very well. I needed to find care for her quickly as I had to attend a funeral out of town so it was very short notice. Stephanie agreed to take my little girl Coco and she gave her excellent care. She sent me lots of pictures and gave me regular updates so I was not worried for the 8 days I was gone. I will definitely use her again

Bianca was wonderful. We have two large Doodles, over 70 lbs each. Bianca sent photos of the dogs out on walks in the forest and sleeping in her house. We have no reason to believe that our pets were not well cared for. Bianca has lots of room for them in her house, and on her property. We plan to use her services in the future. She is very pleasant to deal with.

Carol took great care of my older pup. He seemed very happy when I picked him up. He enjoyed swapping beds with Carol’s dog and getting the zoomies when visitors arrived. If I’m ever in the area again I will happily reach out to Carol for dog sitting services.

Charles watched my pup for 10 days while I was out of town. I felt like Milo was safe and having fun. He sent me pictures throughout the day and gave me updates which eased my worries of being away from Milo for so long. Milo has a blast playing with new friends and hanging with Charles. I will definitely be using his services again if I’m out of town or need someone to pop in and check on Milo! Great price amazing service!

Heather looked after our dog Ollie while we were visiting Sidney on business. She was accommodating of our schedule (early morning) and good with communication. When Ollie had a hard time settling, she took him for two good walks, gave him cuddles and soothed him with treats. We would definitely recommend Heather!
