Dog Boarding in Orcas

Kelsey is THE best! We recently moved to Anacortes and were nervous about leaving our dog (first born child really) with someone new. Kelsey had us over for a meet & greet and we knew picked right! She communicated with us while we were away with videos and pictures of Gracie. I made an error with the pick up date and Kelsey was understanding and flexible! Next time we need Gracie to stay somewhere, no question where we will go :) Thanks Kelsey!!

kris was amazing. Our dog is blind and needs more attention, love and patience than your average dog. We felt that Kris did exactly that. We will certainly use Kris again in the future to take care of Benny..

Kelsey is just terrific with dogs, and we are so pleased with the great job he did looking after our mini Schnauzer. It was an excellent all around experience and we look forward to working with Kelsey again.

Sarah was so wonderful to our pups. She sent updates, asked questions, and made sure everything was set up the morning of drop off! So very sweet, would definitely re-book with her again!

All was great! We tried an overnight with Virginia as our shih tzu Ruby has never been with children and we wanted her to decide if it was a good fit. Thru the day she sent a couple pics of Ruby snuggling with her son on the couch, and when i asked she give Ruby a good night kiss at bedtime she sent a pic if her little daughter doing just that while she held her in her lap. Now we’ll feel better when we leave her this fall for an extended trip. May even bring her a couple times this summer so it all feels natural to her by fall. Virginia was responsive thru the entire time,. And Ruby was happy when we picked her up in the morning.

Very attentive and a great communicator. Our chihuahua settled right in and enjoyed the walks and snuggles. Enjoyed receiving updates with pics. We picked our little guy up for some adventures during the week and he was promptly ready to go. On our final day we caught the early ferry and Nick had everything packed up and waiting so we could be in our way. We would definitely rebook with this host on a return trip to Orcas.

Our pup had a blast. Kelsey is so friendly and took great care of our dog. Great space, with fully fenced yard for lots of good play. Would definitely book with her again.

I couldn’t be happier with the care Lisa provided for my dog. She went above and beyond, taking my dog out to the field every day to burn off energy. Lisa also sent daily photo updates, which gave me peace of mind knowing my dog was in great hands. Highly recommend her services!

Lenore (and Rook) are absolutely wonderful! Lenore is so gracious, flexible, and communicative. She sends lots of pictures and videos of Mark and Rook playing and she was even incredibly flexible when our schedule took a turn and had to make some last minute changes. We have sent our playful pup, Marty, to her twice and both times he has come home so happy and tired from all the play! Would recommend and will continue to send Marty!

They took such great care of my dog while I was out of town for a few days. They sent me regular updates and photos, so I knew he was safe and happy while I was gone. I will definitely use again!

Jael and family were absolutely the best! There was a last minute change of plans and they accommodated my pup super last minute - what could have been anxiety inducing was made very smooth thanks to Jael’s hospitality and wonderful updates. My pup had a great time and I would definitely bring him again if I needed a pup sitter in Anacortes!

Jamie (and her two darling kiddos) took amazing care of our pup and sent fun and frolicking photos several times each day. Our pup looked very happy and comfortable which made our trip worry free. Additionally, she is very thoughtful and accommodating to our travel plans, offering help above and beyond to help ease our travel woes (late plane). Will definitely be using her again. A real gem.

I LOVED having Andrea and her family look after my dog Gracie. Due to the face that Gracie is a dog-reactive dog, I was having a very difficult time finding a dog sitter who was not only willing to care for her, but who would make me feel confident about leaving Gracie with them. Andrea made me feel confident about this right from the get-go. Her communication, experience with dogs, and her flexibility did wonders to ease my stress about leaving. She accommodated Gracie’s needs wonderfully, and was incredibly flexible with scheduling. I absolutely would recommend her, and her family for dog sitting!

Marta was so wonderful taking care of our little Luna while we were on Orcas at a weekend festival that didn’t allow dogs. It was great that Luna was able to have island adventures with Marta while we were having our own adventures. Marta took Luna on walks throughout the day and sent detailed reports from Luna’s perspective, which made us smile, knowing she was well cared for. Luna got to see a small horse, some wild turkeys, some deer, lots and lots of new sights and smells, and she even got to run around on the beach and go in the ocean. Thank you Marta for taking such good care of our Luna.

Outstanding! Chloe felt right at home and was treated like family! Morgan was a very caring and warm host to our “baby”. I strongly recommend her for anyone’s pet sitting needs!

Lola came back from a stay with Marlisa socialized and happy. You can tell she and her son are such dog people! Thanks for taking such good care of my girl.

Charles took care of my pug for a couple of days. I really appreciated the multiple pictures I received daily of my dog! I felt like I knew what he was doing every second of the day lol. I highly recommend Charles!!

Had a great experience leaving my pup sunny with Kimberly for the week. She sent lots of pictures and updates. Thank you so much, will definitely be asking her to watch Sunny again in the future!

James did a great job looking after 2 of my dogs - he is relaxed, flexible and the dogs immediately loved him! They were happy and settled when I picked them up. James offers a great home away from home!

Murphy can be a quite anxious dog but Kevin and Kayla and so kind and patient with her. I feel confident leaving Murphy with them and would recommend their dog sitting to anyone!
