Doggy Day Care in Orcas

Marta and her husband did a fantastic job caring for our pup while we were visiting Friday Harbor. She went the extra mile to put together a little diary of Mitzi’s activities along with photos. We were so glad our pup was also able to have a fun filled day!

We dropped our dog Judy off with Nick and Rebbecca early Friday morning so we could go whale watching, and they were fantastic from start to finish. They were super friendly and clearly experienced with dogs, which helped us feel at ease right away. The best part? Nick brought Judy to meet us at the ferry terminal when we returned—it was such a thoughtful gesture and saved us a long drive back to our cabin. Judy was happy and worn out from a great day of play and care. Highly recommend!

Bethany is a wonderful sitter. My Golden Retriever loved boarding with her. She is extremely responsive and sends pictures of your dog having a good time. My dog loved her dogs.

After an initial meet and greet, Dill couldn't get out of the cart fast enough when I took him for his 1st full day of doggy day care. Because of his age, Dill needs some extra care and Roxanne went above and beyond to meet his needs. This was most important to me . He does require extra patience, like, a doggy diaper when he goes in the house because he dribbles, and then it needs to be taken off when he's outside. This is just one of the extra maintenance things he needs but Roxanne doesn't mind at all. She's patient with his slow and stubborn ways. She's got a wonderful yard for play and she sent me pics and even a video of Dill playing like nothing I've seen in a long time! I'm so thankful I've found Roxanne!

Kelsey was able to take care of Dodger with a last minute notice and more than happy to do so. She was ready for him on time with a positive attitude and gentleness with Dodger since it was his first visit. Dodger was so happy when we picked him up…I knew he felt comfortable with her and her family. I would definitely book with Kelsey again.

Virginia sent the best pictures of the our dogs cuddling with and getting hugs from her family. The poodles were not stressed or upset when we arrived to get them. If we are ever in need of dog care while in Anacortes we will definitely book with Virginia again.

Ginger had a great time with Holly and her pack! Holly sent great photos and is very easy to communicate with. We look forward to having Ginger over again soon!

Kris and family is very accommodating. Kris is very calm and seems to know dogs quite well. We will schedule more visits with her for Skipper!

Chelsey was very flexible with my schedule and school. Peaches was always so excited to see her! She was well taken care of over the semester!

Super easy to communicate with and has an amazing area for the dogs! Stanley came home every day super tired and would be jumping in the car excited to get out every morning!

She was great, knowledgable, made things super easy. You can tell she is an experienced sitter!

As an admittedly overprotective fur mom, leaving my dog Penny with someone new was something I never imagined I’d feel truly comfortable with. After moving to Victoria from Saskatchewan, I needed a sitter I could fully trust — and I am so grateful I found Monica and Bruno. They are such a warm, caring couple who treat Penny like their own. When we pull up to their home, Penny’s tail starts wagging and she runs straight to their front door, excited to see them — which brings me so much peace. Throughout the day, I always receive updates and photos, and it’s obvious she’s relaxed, happy, and well looked after. Monica and Bruno have gone above and beyond for Penny, and I feel completely confident leaving her in their care. If you’re looking for reliable, thoughtful, loving sitters, I can’t recommend them enough. Penny adores them — and so do we!

Vicki and her dogs were great with our dog. I had peace of mind that she was well looked after. Our dog played all day and was very tired that evening, which was perfect.

I was happy I could leave Jack with Morgan at such a short notice. She said that he was more to himself that day and that was probably due to the fact that he had an encounter with two aggressive dogs the day before so he wasn’t too sure about seeing a new dog in the house. Thank you for being so patient with him!

We'll definitely be booking with Tannis again. Our little Peach is an anxious but Tannis and Bubba were such great hosts and put all our minds at ease. So welcoming and responsive, safe and secure environment and sending lots of pictures so we could see that she settled in quickly, even on her first visit. Five stars.
