Thank you, Hannah! I hadn't met Hannah prior to our booking, but based on her previous reviews I trusted their safety and experience - I'm so glad I did!!! I returned to a happy and well cared for kitty. I definitely plan to book with Hannah again.

Exceptional communicator, professional, reliable, trustworthy, flexible, and above-and-beyond attitude. From the start, I was immediately impressed with Amber! As Rookie Rover I wasn’t sure what to expect… downloaded the app and the rest is history. To make a long story short, we were extremely anxious leaving our little guy behind (esp being the first)! On top of that, he is small but “mighty”; and unfortunately can be aggressive/hostile biting, excessive barking etc Amber made it work and even through bad behavior, she stuck with us and we felt he was handled with care. Highly recommend. Already booked again!

Our pack is in love! Ariana has been a dream so far... she is very communicative and understanding of our needs both physical and emotional (helicopter dog parents here) and that in itself is the 5 stars... our first official visit went so smooth, her report was a delight to read, and the pics more and more stars I would add here! We are so excited to have found a solid pet sitter/friend in our new town that we can leave our babies and our home in good hands and enjoy any time away with peace of mind... can I mark a billion stars?!

Ashley was awesome!! My super introverted suspicious weirdo black kitty warmed right up to her day 1. Ashley was flexible, caring, made sure my cat was well taken care of while I was gone. Will be rebooking when the the time comes ❤️
