Dog Boarding in Port Townsend

Barbara took great care of my kitty while I was out of town! She clearly knows kitties and made sure my kitty was comfortable as he adjusted to a new place. I highly recommend Barbara for kitty boarding.

Kyle was truly excellent - professional, kind, affordable, calm, and the dogs got to go on several walks which was a treat. He has a beautiful spot as well. We couldn’t recommend more highly!

Koda loves Sarah! I love that she lives in Navy housing!! Flexible enough that I don’t worry about the ferry times. She was able to pull him and told me how! A real angel.

Poppy had a fantastic time with April and came home happy and tired! April was consistent in training her, worked on addressing a couple issues (jumping), and communicated with us throughout the stay.

Jamie (and her two darling kiddos) took amazing care of our pup and sent fun and frolicking photos several times each day. Our pup looked very happy and comfortable which made our trip worry free. Additionally, she is very thoughtful and accommodating to our travel plans, offering help above and beyond to help ease our travel woes (late plane). Will definitely be using her again. A real gem.

We had last minute plans and Kimberly came through for us. She was very accommodating. We are very protective of our dog and would leave him with her again for sure.

Kelsey was amazing! Our pup Wilbur was so happy and well taken care of. She had some great insight for us as well with him being a puppy. We are so happy to have found a wonderful sitter!

Our rescue pit mix Sawyer has the best time with Izzy! She has a great energy and I know he gets a lot of exercise and socializing from the picture updates we get. Sawyer isn’t the easiest dog to board - he doesn’t love strange settings and can get nervous around groups of dogs, but he seems to really like going to Izzy’s. She is an experienced dog handler and we feel good knowing Sawyer is in her hands!

Thank you so much Nancy! We lost our beloved Chihuahua after almost 16 years (devastating) and recently adopted another Chihuahua-mix puppy. We’re still “breaking her in,” so to say, being she just finished getting all her vacs. Nancy helped socialize her with her sweet little boy and another playmate her age/size. So helpful! I’m a flight attendant, travel often and like to bring my family on layovers occasionally. Knowing she’s in good hands gives us the peace of mind to enjoy our trip. Priceless.. Michael was wonderful with our sweet girl Maggie. She was a little shy and nervous at first but he was patient and gave her space during our much appreciated meet and greet before booking. He got down low and let her sniff and check him out. He clearly knew how to treat her and gave us daily updates and pictures. Michael was a great fit for us and we’ll definitely bring her back! Highly recommend!

Rachel took good care of my fur baby. This was the first time we have ever left her anywhere and we were so nervous. Rachel spent time explaining what her routine is with the dogs she watches, did a meet prior to leaving her. Also super accommodating when we dropped puppy off later than expected and picked her up a day earlier.

Outstanding! Chloe felt right at home and was treated like family! Morgan was a very caring and warm host to our “baby”. I strongly recommend her for anyone’s pet sitting needs!

We were looking for a sitter where our dog would have more interaction with other dogs. Chris and team came recommended from a sitter in the area who was already booked. We were very happy to find them and receive photos during the week of our trip. We could tell from the photos that our dog was having a blast with their dog Lucy. We appreciated the great communication and already have Chris and team booked for another upcoming trip.

Such nice people. Took great care of our two big dogs. Sent pictures and they got great exercise. Loved them like there own. We had to extend our stay due to difficult circumstances and they were so accommodating. Highly recommend!

Anytime I'm up on the Olympic Peninsula, and I have dog sitting needs, I immediately look up Belinda's availability at African Sky Kennels. She has a very professional setup, and is caring and attentive to any and all of my dog's needs. My Ulysses now knows her really well and can even tell when we're headed there. Top marks. Highly recommend. 10/10 will be back again!
