Shelby was absolutely fantastic! I especially liked her one on one attention she gave to our cat Tuddie...several brushings, petting and a everyday photos and feedback was really great! I would definitely have her again!

Kim was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we met, she was kind, professional, and clearly experienced with dogs. My dogs loved her right away, and it was such a relief knowing they were in good hands while we were on our trip. She kept me updated with messages and photos. I could tell they really loved her! Another amazing visit and care taking for our four cats. Everyone was relaxed when we removed home and the litter boxes were spotless. Great updates too !! Full of fun, humor, facts, and the “personality” of each visit.

Natasha provided an excellent drop-in visit. She arrived on time, gave my puppy plenty of attention, and even incorporated a short training session, a service that is very hard to find. The updates and photos were clear and reassuring, and it was evident my Sloan was well cared for. Highly recommend her services, she has put my worried mom heart at ease.

This was our first Rover caregiving experience for my senior, shy cat Coal, who has medical needs, since moving out of our tiny apartment (where Coal had few places to hide). Elizabeth successfully discovered his new hiding places, encouraged him out, and gave him his medication on schedule. She also followed all other feeding/treating instructions. It couldn’t have been easy job, given his reluctance to strangers, and she completed it and sent some hilarious photos of Coal in hiding.

We are very happy repeat customers for Katija. She is the best and takes great care of our kitties and is warm and friendly and spends quality time with them!

This is the second time we had Jessica drop in on our two cats while we were out of town - like last time, we had her come every other day for a period of 3 weeks, so several visits in total. Each time she took care of the cats needs (food, water, litter), but most importantly, she spent time with them - playing with them, sending some pictures of them - all important activities to keep them enriched while we are gone. We have had previous sitters who just took care of the basics and were gone in 20 minutes, but Jessica spends another 10 or more minutes just engaging with them - which is so important to us. I cannot recommend her more highly - she is the best!

Carrie is amazing! Gives our dogs great care and provides insightful communication. It’s great to know that our pups receive great care when we are away!!!
