Shelby was very professional, timely, thorough and easy to work with. Our cat seemed happy and content when we returned. She sent very detailed reports with wonderful photos that put our minds at ease. We would definitely use Shelby again.

Lisa was wonderful, communicative, and great with my kitty. She fed and brushed her daily and towards the end of the week my kitty was snuggling with her which I know she trusted her. This was my first time using rover and I will be happy to have Lisa sit with her again.
