Ruolan was very responsive and kept us well updated throughout the visit. She was thoughtful, great with cats, and easy to communicate with, which made the whole experience stress-free. We felt very comfortable leaving our cat in her care and would happily book with her again.

Jiaxin was wonderful to Kaia! We are so grateful for her coming to check on Kai over the Labor Day weekend while we were away. Communication was easy and consistent, everything was in order when we got home, and Kaia had company and play time! We really appreciate her time and and help to make our time easy and enjoyable.

We went out of town for 2 days leaving our dog at home. Liubov took care well. She was on time and sent lot of pictures and videos. Very responsible I highly recommend.

We have 3 month old bullmastiff puppies and Maria took the time to come for a meet and greet a few weeks before our event. Maria was smiling, happy and ready to play with puppies! The day of the event went without a problem. The puppies were happy and there was no mess for us to clean up when we got home. We will be contacting Maria again for future events.

This is my 3rd time using Sneha for kitty sitting duties. She does a consistently great job, love her report card updates and I can tell my little fur babies are well taken care of while I’m away. Highly recommend!
