Lacy cared for our three young cats for five days and four nights. She exceeded every expectation I had (and even my hopes!) in every possible way. She is truly AMAZING. Two days before an important family trip, our previous house/kitty sitter canceled. Yikes! Lacy responded to my booking request immediately and was able to visit the very next day. Her warm, friendly demeanor was instantly reassuring, and I knew she would be a great match for our family. Her communication is EXCELLENT. Lacy sent frequent updates every day, complete with photos, videos, and detailed notes about each kitty. Whenever I had a question or realized I’d forgotten something, she replied within minutes. And when she had a question while I was unreachable (mid-flight), she handled the situation with great judgment. I can’t express how much peace of mind this gave me. When we got home, our house was cleaner than we had left it — she even ran the dishwasher. Once again, she went above and beyond. Lacy also left a thoughtful gift and a detailed “report card” for each kitten. Her notes about their behaviors, preferences, and little quirks were spot-on. It was clear she spent real time with them and genuinely understood their personalities. The next day, when Lacy came by to return the house key, all three cats greeted her with love and affection — flopping at her feet, weaving around her legs, and chittering for attention. Honestly, I think that’s the best compliment of all. If you’re looking for a reliable, responsible, and incredibly compassionate caregiver, Lacy is my first choice. A million stars!

Sarah was an excellent sitter for our cat, Reacher. She was completely reliable and trustworthy with our newest (and somewhat needy) rescue. She met all his needs, including giving him the affection he wanted. Bonus—Sarah helped feed and water all the other creatures that visit our yard and deck. We loved the pictorial updates that came to us regularly. Sarah gave us peace of mind on our marathon road trip—we knew that our critters and house were safe and well cared for.

Tami was wonderful! She took the time to come by for a meet and greet ahead of time. I could tell right away she is was very compassionate and Cleo would be comfortable with her. She was flexible with timing and went out of her way to come back and return my keys the next day. She is thoughtful and pleasant and I would definitely schedule her again for our next trip! Maddy was excellent- this was the first time she catsat for me, and I am so impressed at how much my girls loved her. She was responsible, communicative, and responsible. I will absolutely hire her again.

Great experience. Our indoor/outdoor cats were well taken care of while we were traveling. Sariah was responsive an not shy about asking for clarification to make sure our cats had what they needed. We will try to book Sariah again next time we travel.
