Alex was a great sitter for Scout my cat. She is super nice and very attentive to Scout - she was on time and sent me pictures every day. She also clean the cat box every visit and that was important to me. She kept me abreast on how he was doing and even got to brush him a few times (he's kind of a grouchy cat) so that was impressive. She also pulled in my trash bins. I recommend her highly!

Yong was very communicative, sent lots of photos, and gave my cat lots of pets and affection. He spent more time with her than I had booked for, which I really appreciated because my cat loves attention and was lonely while I was gone. It’s my first time using Rover, Viktoriia and her husband Denys definitely gave me a great experience of taking good care of my cat. They are easy to communicate and always replied on time. All the small details we communicated before the visit are being addressed well and I can see my cat looks good while I’ve left for so long. I would highly recommend to choose them!

Eric did a fantastic job watching Harvey while we were away. Harvey seemed much less stressed than usual when we returned, and it’s clear Eric gave him plenty of attention and companionship. We’ll definitely reach out to Eric again for future trips!

Highly recommended! We reached out to Yihua to see if she could take care of Hacker, while we were away on a business trip. She responded promptly and arranged a meet-and-greet ahead of time to meet us and Hacker, which immediately gave us confidence. During the visit, she carefully asked about Hacker’s daily routines, feeding preferences, and any additional tasks needed for each visit. We told her that besides changing the water and refilling dry cat food, it would be great if she could also give him a lick-able cat treat and 10–12 pieces of cat's multivitamin each time. She took detailed notes and made sure everything was clear. Throughout the week we were away, Yihua did an outstanding job. She not only took wonderful care of Hacker and spent time playing with him, but also sent us plenty of photos and short videos, which really reassured us while we were out. When we returned home, Hacker was in great condition. It was obvious he had been very well cared for. We will definitely be reaching out to Yihua again for pet sitting in the future!

I booked extremely last minute, literally the day of, on a holiday weekend, and Raquel was still able to make it work. She has such a high standard for taking care of my 2 kitties. She goes above and beyond, and even out of her way, to make sure they are properly cared for. The absolute best sitter, hands down, no question.

Christian has been regularly coming by my place to hang out with my cat when I’m on work travel. He’s been very responsive and Autumn is happy to have made a new friend!

Murou did a fantastic job boarding my cat! My cat is typically scared the first few days in a new place and Murou was very caring and patient. I also received frequent updates on how the stay was going. I would highly recommend Murou and would not hesitate to book another stay. 10/10!
