Cait is reliable and responsive, and follows directions. She’s been great for drop in visits for our nervous dog.

Lisa is fantastic cats and fish sitter and she also very mindful to looks after our house while we are out of town. She has wonderful TLC for our demanding and sometimes feneky kitties, and we have such a relief in our minds knowing they are very well taken care of while we are out of town (our cat care instructions come with 4-5 pages of Word Document instructions 🫣) She reports back us every visit with great details. She has great communication (and photo skills!) and won't hesitate to ask or communicate with us for any questions or seconds thoughts and observations. I am strongly recommend Lisa if you are looking for someone responsible, reliable, and trustworthy.

Sha did a great job with our three cats. Our two older cats that are 16 years old enjoyed pets and brushing and play time. Our little cat (she is 6 months old) was feral so she is a little shy but did let Sha get near her.

This was our first Rover caregiving experience for my senior, shy cat Coal, who has medical needs, since moving out of our tiny apartment (where Coal had few places to hide). Elizabeth successfully discovered his new hiding places, encouraged him out, and gave him his medication on schedule. She also followed all other feeding/treating instructions. It couldn’t have been easy job, given his reluctance to strangers, and she completed it and sent some hilarious photos of Coal in hiding.

Alexandra was outstanding. She was communicative, proactive and thoughtful, and sent great photos that conveyed a security to me which put my mind at ease while I was away from my little ones. She deserves more than the available five stars. Would recommend and will definitely call her again.

We arranged a couple of drop ins prior to a long weekend stay to let Allison and Agent to get familiar. She showed up right on time for my pups potty break, sent me the cutest pic. Allison has proven to be reliable and my fur baby was instantly comfortable with her at the meet and greet.

Great job. The dogs were very happy to get out and get some exercise.

Amethyst came to my rescue last minute when my original person canceled on me and I was already out of the area. She asked questions, the boys were happy when I came home, she fed them, followed all instruction, and was prompt to respond and willing to do anything to help my boys! Brenda was amazing. She did drop ins on our cat while we were on vacation for a week. Brenda was always on time and communicative. She took great photos and sent detailed Rover cards. Our shy cat really warmed up to her quickly. We would not hesitate to utilize her services again, and highly recommend her.

Our cat has really grown attached to Sarah. Sarah not only takes care of our girl but has started adding enrichment activities and games to their time together.
