We could not be more grateful for Jeff! Our pet wound up having a medical emergency just a few hours after we landed in a different state, and Jeff was so quick to act and coordinate with us to get him to an emergency vet in time. We owe him a great deal!

I can't say enough how pleased I am with Cameron's service! I have a somewhat complicated situation with my 3 cats that requires separating them between the upstairs and downstairs. This creates extra work, and with it, extra responsibility because if the DIY gate/door that separates the two levels isn't securely locked we could have a very dangerous situation. I greatly appreciate the detail Cameron put into his summary notes as it indicates the effort he put forth to follow all our instructions and provide exceptional care of our fur babies while we were away for the night. Not only was he careful to ensure the gate was secure when going upstairs and downstairs, he took the time to give each one of my 3 cats attention and even spoke to them to help ease any stress they might be feeling in our absence. Cameron clearly has a passion and love for animals, and I so grateful to have found someone I can trust will be kind, gentle, and genuinely dedicated to the welfare of my fur babies! We have a trip coming up in August for a week, and we were so worried how are fur babies were going to do while we are in another country. After this first visit Cameron made I have 100% confidenve in Cameron's ability to ensure my cats are safe, healthy, and happy while we are gone! Thank you Cameron!

Great communication (better than mine!) Took great care of our 17 year old cat on thyroid meds. We felt at ease having Jeffrey taking care of things with Charlie while we were away for Thanksgiving.

Nickey's such a sweetheart who went above and beyond for our babies! The videos of her playing with my two very happy kitties always put a smile on my face while I was away from home. Not only did she follow their care instructions perfectly, but she saved the weekly meal kit I forgot to cancel by putting the contents away in the fridge and vacuumed the floors on top of that. Yet again Megan solidifies herself as the best pet watcher in Seattle! We had to extend our original booking by a week and Megan was flexible and able to accommodate! We received detail daily report cards, pictures and fun updates about our pet while we were away. She truly cares for and treats our pet like her own! Cant wait to book Megan to watch our fur baby on our next trip out of town!

Marysa was great! Took care of our two shy kitties and communicated everyday with updates. She followed the instructions we provided and paid attention to the details. We really appreciated her help and coming home to two happy kitties!

Amanda is really easy to work with, prompt and professional, and we will definitely book her time/care again. She was flexible when we adjusted our booking last minute, and we came home to a happy cat. What more could we ask for!

Joshua was absolutely wonderful with our cat, Freyja! From the start, his communication was excellent—he sent us thoughtful daily updates along with the sweetest photos that really helped us feel connected to her while we were away. It was clear that he took the time to make sure Freyja felt comfortable, safe, and loved. When we returned home, she was calm, happy, and totally at ease—exactly what every pet parent hopes for and speaks volumes to his level of care.
