Dog Boarding in Southworth

Maria’s house is like a staycation for doggies! Codi settled in quickly, loved hanging with the other small dogs and going for walks by the water. Maria was very communicative and shared updates and photos throughout the stay. We already booked with her again for the next time I have to go out of town!

I can’t thank James enough for taking such amazing care of Lindor! From the regular updates, photos, and videos, I always felt totally connected and reassured. He took Lindor on hikes and to the park, and Lindor had the best time! Honestly, she’s probably living a better life with James than she was with me 🤣 She also loved hanging out with shadow and the other dogs she met during her stay. James is basically Lindor’s godfather now—he really went above and beyond. So grateful and highly recommend!

No other dog sitter compares with Scott. He opened his home to our pet as if she was family. Scott provided photos every day of our absence revealing her activities giving us the piece of mind we needed. Try as hard as I might, there is absolutely nothing about which I could complain. My wife and I are so very pleased with the entire experience. There is no one else with whom we would leave our dog.

My big dog Bernie was welcomed into Frances' home warmly. Her dogs and Bernie had an immediate connection. I will certainly use Frances and Rover.com in the future.

Bear had the best stay with Kirsten! We don't leave him often but she made the experience easy and smooth for both us and him with great communication. Thanks for taking such excellent care of him!

Laila took such great care of Pixel! We got regular updates with pictures and videos so we knew he was being taken care of. We will definitely book with Laila again!

Rachael was so kind to take our little Hugo for a last-minute stay. She was communicative and flexible and took great care of our pup. We would definitely have Rachael take care of Hugo again!

Kevin was great with Dexter, very communicative and careful with the details. Dexter has a great time there, I would definitely recommend him to anyone!

Jennifer is the best! I needed last minute boarding as my regular daycare discontinued that service. Went to Rover and found Jennifer in my neighborhood. We did a meet and greet the week before and it went well for the few minutes we were there. She only takes small dogs so it was nice that my girl got to play with others her size. Jennifer responsed quickly and she send pics of your pet while they are in her care. I love that!

Donna, thank you for taking such good care of Tinker while we were on vacation (for 9 nights). You are an absolute professional and your home is an excellent place to board small pups. We think Tinker was on a vacation on her own... getting snuggles and cuddles and having a couple of cool little dog-friends to play with. Thank you for the updates and pictures. It is such a treat to go on a vacation and not worry :) and your home and care for Tinker was excellent, Donna. Definitely will book again in the future.

Tomas took such great care of Huck, I never had to worry about him once. He sent lots of great photos and had great communication. Highly recommend!

Freckles really enjoyed his time with Shari! She is so organized and thought of everything, it just made me feel that much better leaving my pup with her. And the option of a pickup/drop off at the airport was the absolute best, it made my life so much easier and it was such a delight to have my baby in Shari's car waiting when I landed. Definitely wouldn't hesitate to recommend using Shari.

Jessica was one of the best sitters I’ve ever used. She sent photos and videos from start to finish with little updates. I get really nervous leaving my pup with new people and she had me at ease immediately.

I was worried to use a new dog sitter for an important weekend away. My dog immediately warmed up to Mariel and she was a dream to work with. I never had to ask for updates… she sent so many pictures and texts about how she was doing, their walks, etc. i could see in pictures how comfortable my dog was with Mariel and how happy she was in her care. Such a relief to a dog mama! I was so impressed that Mariel had extra dog coats and gear for a wet weekend and made sure my goldendoodle was in a coat to stay dry. I’m so grateful we crossed paths with Mariel. I’ll be reaching out to her as soon as I have future dates in hopes she’s available!

Ashley took very good care of our two guys! She was flexible to each dog’s needs.. extra exercise for our young guy & slow & steady with our older fella. Would definitely recommend her!

I feel so lucky that Alicia and Joshua were my first Rover petsitters. They took my dog into their home for three weeks while we were out of the country and sent photo updates every single day, and as so many of the reviews have said already, it made such a huge difference as a pet owner to see everyday how loved and well taken care of my baby has been. She got tons of exercise and playtime, cuddles all over the place, and all the comfiest nap options. I know she will be sad to go home and leave behind such a wonderful, caring, and playful family. I will rebook 1,000% with this family next time I am in need of a petsitter. I cannot express enough gratitude and appreciation.

Ozzys favorite place. Everytime we got there he is so happy and excited that doesn’t even say goodbye to me. They love him and spoil him. I couldn’t ask for a better family to take care of my baby.

Pixel absolutely loved his stay at Ruslana’s. She was great at communicating and sent us lots of pictures. Pix was a little unwell initially and she made sure he got better and took great care of him. I will highly recommend them as Pix enjoyed his stay. We would definitely re-book for any future trips.
