Shelby was very professional, timely, thorough and easy to work with. Our cat seemed happy and content when we returned. She sent very detailed reports with wonderful photos that put our minds at ease. We would definitely use Shelby again.

I was very pleased with Alana’s care of my two eighteen year old cats. My elderly cats both have litter box issues which require extra clean-up, including laundering washable pee pads, and cleaning up around the boxes. Alana did not have a problem with this and took it on willingly. Alana spent time with my cats every day petting and brushing them, which I and they appreciated. She also updated me twice a day with texts and pictures. I would highly recommend Alana, and hope to use her again.

Leaving a pet at home when we go on a trip has always been stressful for us. This was our first time using Rover and we are so glad we did. Kim did an amazing job looking after our cat while we were away. She was punctual, which we were grateful for, so as to keep our kitty's routine as normal as possible. We received daily pictures, as well as texts, on how each visit went. She was quick to respond to all of my text messages and just gave us such peace of mind knowing things were being done just as we would do them while were gone. We will absolutely be contacting Kim in the future for all of our pet sitting needs. Couldn't be happier!

Sha was amazing! Very communicative, they gave great updates that I was able to check during our trip and know our cats were doing well and well taken care of. They took care of everything and I felt like our cats were safe with them and I didn't need to worry at all. I would definitely book them again!

Thomas was absolutely fantastic, easy to work with on scheduling, great to chat with during our meet and greet, and took great care of my cat. It was an incredible relief having him check up on Jasper while I was away, and warmed my heart to get pictures and updates for the extra reassurance.

Arianna was great! Our cats were well taken care of and she kept us updated while we were on our trip. Would 10/10 recommend!

Izzy is always amazing with our pets. She is easy going and communicative and always sends lots of pictures of her drop ins. She consistently spends over 30 minutes with our cats and is great! We’ve used her for about 8 months now for week long and weekend trips.

Bailey did an amazing job! Kitties were happy and healthy when we came home and, according to their pictures, were happy and healthy throughout her visits!

This was the 1st time we used someone outside of our immediate family to care for our four fur babies while we were on a vacation trip. She was very patient in allowing the three shy cats afraid of strangers to get to know her well enough to allow her to play with them and take photos that weren't of them hiding under the bed. She was so dedicated to caring for our pets, she parked at a nearby church and walked through the rain and cold after she had trouble getting up our very long, steep, unpaved driveway halfway through the booking. We were able to relax and enjoy our cruise, knowing that she was taking such great care of them. She's the best and would request her services again in a heartbeat!
