I have limited experience using the Rover app.. Recently one of our dogs was diagnosed with a rare disease that limits our daycare options for our dogs. My wife & I were going to be out of town over the weekend so I looked at Rover to see what our options were. Thomas was at the top of the list with several positive reviews. He came over for a meet & greet with the dogs and that went really well. He put us at ease and our dogs too. We hired him to stay over night and be with them when he could over the weekend. He had some other pets he had to check in on but he wasn’t gone for more than two to three hours at a time. He kept us updated with photos and messages each day. We were very pleased with the whole booking process and of course, Thomas hit it out of the ballpark!

Great house sitting stay, Natasha is very professional and attentive, is an excellent communicator, and my dog did so well! They got in a lot of play and exercise, and my house was very clean and tidy upon my return. Looking forward to working with Natasha more often .

Wendy took great care of our dog and house. I would highly recommend her to care for your pet. We will definitely be calling Wendy for further stays. She has a great caring demeanor for the pets. We were very comfortable leaving our baby in her hands. Very trustworthy for house sitting. She took care of our home and left it in the way we left it. We were very happy when we returned to a happy pup and a beautiful hand made gift she made for us.

So happy to have found Sha! They are punctual, communicative and so kind to our anxious pup. They were respectful of our home and provided updates throughout our stay. I’ve already booked them again! Highly recommend.

Gabriel and Nikki did a great job watching Khya during our 1.5 week vacation! Khya loves them and their dog. They are very quick to respond and send lots of photos.

Bethany was awesome in-home sitting with our 2 chiweenies, who can have anxiety in a kennel environment. Bethany stayed at our home for a few days/nights while we were out of state; we returned to a clean home and she even stripped the bed she slept in, washed the sheets, and remade the bed! She took great care of our dogs - walked them multiple times daily, and snuggled with them too. I knew she was the right sitter for us at the Meet & Greet - Responsible, communicative, calm natured, honest, and caring to our dogs - which gave us peace of mind during our getaway. We’ll definitely request her services again!

Jaylin and Isaiah were amazing! The house was spotless when we returned and Rosie was a happy dog! I received lots of pictures and Rosie had lots of walks.

Kaylee was great! She took great care of Coney and the house. She was very conscientious and communicative and was even willing to stay late when our flight was canceled.

I’m so thankful to have found Faith! She was so professional, communicative, and kind during her house sitting with Mabel. Mabel was recovering from an illness and Faith gave us the peace of mind we needed while we were away from home. She went above and beyond in every aspect of care. I know Mabel enjoyed her time with Faith and we loved knowing she was in good hands.

Robin and her husband were available at the last minute when our planned sitter was unavailable. They fit in a meet and greet with very short notice and took good care of our dog while we were away for a week. Thank you!

Emily was kind, responsible, and a fantastic communicator through the whole process. She took great care of our two dogs and two cats over a holiday week. She sent multiple pictures and videos over that period, and we returned to happy animals and a clean home. Feeling grateful to Emily for allowing us to get away, with the comfort that our furry family members were being well loved.

Desiree was wonderful and communicative. The house was clean when we got home and was a huge help before going back to work the next day. We have 2 dogs and 2 cats that took to her quickly, which was a huge relief. Thank you so much again!
