Dog Walking in Tacoma

Alex is the best!! Loki is not the easiest dog to walk, but Alex makes it seem so easy. He is very good at his job!

We recently moved to a new neighborhood and I was hoping to find another person through rover that Tex loved, and Alyssa is just that! Tex instantly warmed up to her (he can be judgmental) and their first walk was a breeze. I look forward to having Alyssa around to help me make sure Tex gets all the walks and treats he deserves! 😊

Megan and Rosie are getting along just fine! Megan seems to understand Rosie’s separation anxiety and how to deal with that. She listens well and understands “our dog training commands “ and uses them. Rosie is a happy camper.

Rachel is an amazing and hardworking sitter. We are so glad to have came across her on Rover. Zoey always looks forward to her walks with Rachel!

Nathan is a polite, gentle, kind and capable young man. The pups enjoyed their walk with him, and we’re looking forward to more of the same. Thank you Nathan for walking Ozzy and Poppy with your sore leg!

This was our first time using Michael to walk our dogs. Michael came to our house to meet the dogs beforehand. He came in and got down to their level, petting them and played with them and allowed the dogs to get to know him. He There after, each day like clockwork he showed up and walked the dogs through the park. I would and will use Michael again next time.

Nisa is great with my dog. She's punctual, reliable and always manages to get my stubborn dog to walk no matter the weather.

Alyssa is awesome. Very professional. Always on time. Very calm personality that is great with animals. Takes very good care of my active husky. It has made my husky’s life better to be able to get out of the house while I am at work all day. I highly recommend Alyssa if you can get on her schedule.

We recently adopted a rescue boxer mix, 3 year old, who has some anxiety and we needed to take her with us on our long trip to Washington. We have never had anyone watch her before and we’d not heard of Rover until recently. We saw that Chandra had experience working with a variety of dogs and other animals on a farm and was committed to walking rain or shine. We are SO grateful for how sensitive she was to our dog’s needs (socially, emotionally and physically) for two days. You can trust Chandra to be a positive, flexible, and reliable caretaker who communicates clearly how things are going. She even helped me with the app a little since I’m new to it. Thank you so much for being’s there for us when we were so far from home.

Kimberly took great care of our Liesel! She is reliable and her communication with us is impeccable. She took lovely photos of our puppy during her walks and at home. We will definitely be hiring her agsin.
