Great care for our four young chickens. I felt confident that they were in good hands while out of town. Food and water was changed, coop was cleaned out, and they got to get out for some exercise. I appreciated the smooth communication and will definitely book again in the future!

Helen understands cat behaviors better than most of cat owners and sitters I know. While all cat lovers can feed cats food and clean their litter box, not many of them know how to provide sufficient mental stimulation for cats as well as Helen. Helen took care of Mako, our one-year-old tuxedo cat for a week with two 30-min drop-off visits per day. Mako is the type of cat that would choose a wand toy over treats. He easily gets bored and anxious. Helen finds creative ways to play games and go through training sessions with Mako every day. Even though each visit is as short as 30min, she manages to set up a safe and fun environment for our cat to explore till her next visit. During one of her visits she put up a lovely cave for Mako to play hide and seek/hunting games using our Amazon shipping boxes in the living room. Mako has a history of FLUTD. So Helen took extra step to ensure he took in enough water. She added more water bowls around the apartment. She also taught Mako to play with and drink from tap water. Mako’s always been obsessed with sinks around the apartment, but he never really touched the running water before. (And no, he doesn’t drink from water fountains, he just destroys them. ) Now we’ve got a new activity to do with our cat after Helen’s visits: playing with the running water.

Lauren did a great job with my kitty! She was very easy to communicate with and sent me updates and pictures every day. I knew my kitty was well taken care of, and she seems to have enjoyed having Lauren stop by. I will definitely be reserving with Lauren in the future!

Emily is quick in responding messages, she is on time, and very nice. Unfortunately my dog is still uncomfortable with her after multiple visits.

Lou was amazing with our animals. We cannot say thank you enough for love our babies like we do while we were out of town. We would hire Lou again if needed. No questions asked.

Kayla was wonderful. Very responsive, communicative, and easy to work with! Would absolutely have her back!
