Alyx made sure to get to know my cat and make her feel comfortable before our first booking. She was patient and worked with my instructions, even when I had to make some unexpected changes. She took lots of pictures of my cat for me at every drop-in, which helped put my mind at ease. And she is better at taking pictures of my wiggly cat than I am! I’ll try to work with Alyx in my future bookings as well!

Stephanie was great. We had to change our booking midway through and she was very accommodating and did a great job caring for our cats. Will happily use her again.

On top of his usual excellent care of Echo, Ari went the extra mile to keep our Christmas tree watered! His communication is top-notch, and the pictures we get from him are always high points whenever we’re away from our pup. It’s very clear our girl is in good hands with him. Maggie was great! Very communicative and did everything exactly as requested. She went above and beyond expectations by sending two photos of our pup during each visit and then giving a summary of how things went. She acted in a trustworthy manner and did not go into areas of the home that were unnecessary for the care of our dog. Will hire her again. Thank you Maggie.
