Tierra was fantastic with my kitty!! He needed an emergency trip to the vet at one point, and Tierra took him and then spent extra time with him after. Super attentive and on top of things.
I was unsure of choosing a new sitter for my Tinkerbell. Meeting Winifred H. and seeing her pet friendly home removed all my fears. I was given daily updates and pictures from Winifred while I was away, which made me even more comfortable with my decision. I picked up a relaxed and happy kitty at the end of my trip. Julie was so good at communicating her visits with our cats. She sent me pictures and let me know how they were doing. While we were away, North Idaho experienced "4th Winter" and the temp inside the house dropped a bit low, so she let me know and worked with me to get the pellet stove going to warm up the place. She did everything as expected plus a little extra. I'm so appreciative of the care she showed my kitties.
