Tom was super easy to work with and had great communication throughout the process! Tom shared many pics of or dogs having a fun which let us know they were doing just fine. Would definitely trust Tom with our dogs again and highly recommend him!

Max was super responsive and sent me frequent updates on my pup, including pics! I felt confident and comfortable that she would take care of my pup and home well.

We never have to worry when our dog and home are being cared for by Anna. We couldn’t be more grateful for her. Amazing sitter and our dog adores her!

Janine is the fairy godmother for dogs!!! My dog Sophia immediately loved her and she is a great judge of character. Janine sent me several pics and messages about my girl that really put my mind at ease. Our house looked better than we left it when we returned!!! Janine is so personable and friendly that I knew it would be a perfect fit immediately after we met her. From now on we will be planning our trips to fit her availability!!!!!

I’m so grateful for Lisa! She has watched my dog Sunny twice and she does such a wonderful job He absolutely loves her and she takes such good care of him <3 it’s so nice coming home to a happy pup and a clean house!! Thank you Lisa!!

Gabby did a perfect job of watching our house and our two kitties who are less than a year old. She regularly sent pictures and updates, and asked questions when appropriate. This was the first sitter I have booked through Rover, so I was a little nervous before I met her, but I never once felt like I had to wonder how the kitties were doing while we were away. We will definitely be returning customers for our next trip.

Kae’s been great every time. She’s always there before she’s expected. Pays attention to every detail. Our Rascal enjoys her and the special treatment she gets from Kae. It’s comforting that Kae sends us regular photos and updates on how Rascals doing. I’ll be glad to have Kae take care of Rascal whenever needed

Our boy had a wonderful time with Wyatt, we can tell. You know when you come home and your dog is happy to see you, but not clamoring for attention because they have been well loved? That's exactly the case here. Wyatt follows instructions well, was prompt replies and sent photos too! I'm helicopter Mom, so he gets extra gold stars from us. :-). We highly recommend Wyatt, and we don't say that lightly.

It was our first time using Rover and Shay took great care of our dogs. It was nice not worry about our best friends. Look forward to having her stay again.

Naomi did a great job caring for Boggs. She took him on daily walks and communicated with me daily which always makes me feel better when I leave him.

Peggy is awesome! Lola was hesitant to meet a new person but with Peggy’s patience and love, Lola found a new human to love. Peggy was great in letting us know how it’s going, sending us pictures and making us feel comfortable all the way around. You will be lucky to have Peggy watch your pet!

Emilia took fantastic care of my pup when I had to leave town for a week. Updates and photos were timely and Emilia worked with my situation as needed. I will definitely book with her again!

Amethyst is wonderful! The pups really like her and while they’re normally shy they took to her right away. Both of our dogs need medication and a little special care. Amethyst did a great job and we’ve already booked her again!

Sha is a real professional at what they do! Our dogs were happy and well taken care of. Sha followed all our directions and sent lots of updates and cute pics. We will for sure be using Sha next time we go out of town. They even left our house spotless! We are so relived to have found a dog sitter we love

We hired Kim to housesit with our dog for 5 days. She was personable upon meeting, our dog seemed to like her, and we enjoyed talking to her. She took good care of our house while we were gone, but there were some communication issues. For context, when I first contacted her I made her aware of a few key things: 1) that our dog was reactive towards other dogs and he wasn't to be walked while we are gone and only to be let our in our yard, and 2) that he is used to having someone home all day because we work from home, though I specified that a few hours away was ok. We also talked about this in person at our meet n greet and Kim assured me she'd clear her schedule of other jobs and if she went out, it would be short periods for errands. The first communication issue occurred right before we left, she messaged to say she was going to come ½ hour after the scheduled time in Rover, forgetting that we had actually agreed for her to come earlier than was scheduled so that she could reacquaint herself with our dog and house. I let that slide since I hadn’t officially updated the arrival time in Rover, as it was an agreement we made via messaging. The second issue was when she messaged to ask how he is on walks — which concerned me since we had been very clear about not walking him. The third issue occurred on the last day, when I noticed per a Ring notification that she had been gone for 4 hours, so I messaged her to check in, as we were worrying not only about our dog but also if she was ok. After 5 1/2 hours away from the house, she returned and messaged me to say that she was walking other dogs and was running errands, so she apparently forgot what she agreed to in our earlier conversation. She didn't apologize but assured me that our dog seemed fine. It caused us unnecessary stress for all those hours while we were stuck on a plane not knowing if she was ok or when she was coming back. While Kim may very well take good care of dogs that don't have special needs, in our case we needed someone with more attention to detail so we could relax while traveling without worrying about our pup.

Kaitlyn is awesome. She took great care of our pups, 3.5 and 14.5 years old. She comfortably handled the high energy of our youngster and special needs of our senior. She kept us updated and informed which made our trip away much more enjoyable. Of the many years using rover, Kaitlyn is by far the best care provider we have ever had. I highly recommend her except for the times we need her. The she is ours! Thank you Kaitlyn!
