Chelsie took great care of our babies and helped eased our apprehensions while we went on vacation. She handled and managed good communication. We recommend her services!

Vanessa is the sweetest! She did a great job checking in on my two kitties while I was out of town. Even though my cats are terrified of strangers she still tried to get them to come out and cuddle and made sure they had plenty of food and water. We will definitely be using her services again!

Kevin was great about trying to find our scaredy cat every day and taking care of his needs while we were gone.

Emily was very communicative, even through the last minute notice and some challenging weather. It was a comfort to know our cat was well cared for in our absence.

We have been using Noella since May and are very happy. Noella goes above and beyond to make Lilka happy and comfortable during her stay. She gives Lilka alot of individual attention and makes her feel at home. Lilka spends her days both inside and outside and in the pool (her favorite) Noella carefully matches dogs up so they get a best friend (Lilka loves Mickey) then slowly introduces them to the group and makes sure everyone is comfortable and safe every step of the way. I would recommend Noella to anyone. Noella will treat your dog like one of her own and do everything she can to insure your dog has the best time possible during its stay. Lilka gives Noella 5 Paws and I do too.
