Hattie was wonderful! In between feedings and litter cleanings, she played with our super active kitten each visit and was able to get some of his wiggles out. She was also able to coax out our older cat out to get some love (she’s still getting used to our little hellion kitten lol). Thank you so much for taking such good care of them!

Holly has sat for my cat twice now and she’s been EXCELLENT both times. I feel so lucky to have someone I trust and takes great care with my cat so I can relax being away from home. I highly recommend her.

Saint was amazing with Sully and Mia! This was our first time working with him, and we felt completely at ease from the start. He kept us in the loop with great communication, was flexible when plans changed a bit, and really took the time to make sure the pups were comfortable. We were really happy with Penny. She gave us the confidence to leave town and know our cat would be in good hands. What made us book with Penny was not only the reviews, but also see the repeat customers and her saying to be experience with cats. We noticed many great sitters are good with dogs, and not many list cats on their profiles. From the first contact, Penny was very (I mean VERY) responsive. I found myself trying to book while at work and I was the one taking too long to reply Penny. Once we settle our schedule for meet and greet, Penny was ahead of time (which was perfect for us) for our Meet and Greet. During that, we noticed how careful she was around our cat, Sophie. It was reassuring to see how Penny understands cats (and how different they are compared to dogs). This was our first booking with Rover and Penny explained each step of the way, what to expect and so forth. We went ahead and booked with Penny. Once the appointment started (we booked 2x/day drop in visits), she provided a very detailed report on each visit with lots of pictures (even adding her personal editing capabilities on some pictures, which was a nice touch). We just adopted Sophie 2 weeks prior to our booking and we are also learning what she likes or not. As Sophie is a special needs cat (she requires 2x/day medication). Penny identified Sophie was getting a bit nervous to take her medication, and knowing cat behavior she found newz ways to give Sophie her meds. The communication with Penny was crucial to ensure our peace of mind. We never setup an expectation but she probably understand owners well and set a high bar moving forward. We will definitely be another repeating customer. Thanks Penny for your dedication and patience with our girl.

As a travel nurse, finding someone to watch your best furry friend can be a bit daunting. Mahria was super great with last minute scheduling and giving my dog attention/exercise. Will definitely schedule again and would recommend her to anyone in the area.

We are so grateful to have found Lynlee! She took care of our cat Anukis for three days and was incredibly professional, responsible, and loving.
