Our dogs were immediately comfortable meeting James. He had a very kind vibe and we all picked up on that! James was punctual, efficient and sent photos of my pups everyday. It’s our first Rover experience and we were very pleased. I highly recommend James, as do Greta (9 yo staffy) and Ollie (18 yo chi).

Ana was amazing with my two very shy cats. Communicative, punctual, and great about sending pics, Ana made it easier to travel knowing they’d be in good hands.

Yijun took great care of our kitties! She made sure everyone was doing okay and played with them every visit. Our shy cat even came out for her which is rare. Would definitely book again!

I needed someone to walk my dog and spend some time with him during the day while I was away for a wedding. I asked him to make 2 half hour visits during the day. He was wonderful with my very anxious pup who does not like to separated from his pack. He showed up on time gave our dog plenty of love and pets as well as potty breaks and walks when the weather allowed due to heavy rain. I would absolutely work with Alejandro again!

Alexa did a great job dealing with some challenges that we didn’t properly prepare her for. Our cats had unprecedented diarrhea and vomiting that began just as we left, and Alexa gave us updates on their condition and was ready to take them to the vet if they didn’t approve (thankfully they did!). Additionally, our furnace shut off for some reason and Alexa communicated with us that the house was quite cold. She came everyday and scooped the cats litter and changed their pee pads, even though we forgot to tell her where the garbage bags were. Thank you!

Terrence continues to be a fantastic cat sitter - on time for each visit, always provides an update and very conscientious. Couldn’t ask for more
