She went above and beyond by resecuring their enclosure after troubleshooting why the birds were getting out. Our cats warmed right up to her and she seemed to understand their personalities. Craig helped me out short notice and kept my cat for the day while my landlord did some work on my house. He sent lots of pictures and make me feel so much better knowing she was in good hands. 10/10 recommend!!
