I had a mandatory business trip and my pet sitter fell through fairly last minute. My 6 year old cat, Ollie, has separation anxiety (I rescued him from abuse when he was 6 months old) and he is not used to being alone for long periods of time because I work out of the house and am home most of the time. While he's friendly, he's not super snuggly or interactive with strangers; he just needs someone to be 'present'.  We had a meet-and-greet prior to booking the stay- She asked all of the pertinent questions about his personality and daily routine (Charlie, my 21 year old cockatiel, is easy- LOL). I was rest-assured things would work out so I booked the stay.  Deanne was wonderful with both Ollie and Charlie. She sent me updates throughout the day and plenty of photos letting me know they both were doing well (although I could tell in a couple of the photos Ollie was a little sad... But that is completely normal- As long as he was eating and following his regular routine I knew he'd 'survive'). This also helped me not stress out or worry about my pets and be able to focus on my trip / business dealings and that's honestly also a big part of traveling for me.  I arrived home, and while I know both Ollie and Charlie missed me, everything went right back to normal and that's what told me Deanne cared for them very well. She also was very respectful of my home and kept it clean during her stay. I'm very glad I found her and will be using her services again. I highly recommend Deanne to care for your pets!

Maria is prompt and is a very good sitter. My cats, while gentle, respond very well to Maria. I have a "toy chest" which she uses to play with the cats. They love it. Grateful to Maria as I can go on a trip without any concerns.

Emily was wonderful! She was incredibly communicative, flexible, and kind to my kitties. With each visit, she sent wonderful updates and silly photos and went above and beyond to make them comfortable.

Omg Cathy went above and beyond for my little guy! I came home to a very happy and well fed cat. I noticed he even had a new toy! Her communication was perfect throughout the whole week, and all instructions followed flawlessly. Cathy is definitely being requested again by me and the only sitter I will use from now on. Thank you so much Cathy for your professionalism and love you showed for my pet!
