Dog Boarding in Black Earth

My dog spent the new year in the company of a great family and home.

Daniel was amazing with Chester, will be definitely boarding with him again in the future!

Once again, Sarah and Karl took incredible care of my dog, Thunder. It was actually Thunder’s birthday while he was there, and they made adorable birthday hats for the whole family to celebrate. My pup feels so welcome and comfortable staying with them! I highly recommend.

Kristin, Bruce, and their two children cared for our golden retriever. They played with him, took him to the dog park, and administered daily meds. We received daily photos and updates on Finn which we looked forward to them each day. Finn looked happy and was having fun. We will request this family again and strongly recommend them.

Katie and Samuel were wonderful hosts for my dog. They were so caring and sent regular updates with pictures. I look forward to leaving my dog with them again!

We can tell how the boarding went by the way our pup behaves when she comes home. We believe she got the royal treatment, because she does not behave as she did other times, when she didn't eat anything for several days and only slept. Edith is great with dogs in her care and we are happy we found her. She sent us updates and pictures daily. Highly recommended!

Seamus, almost eleven months, adores going to Laura's to play with Shadow and be spoiled by Laura. He's always a happy camper when we arrive and is whipped when we return home from all his playing activities. Although their size difference is huge, Shadow is always patient with and careful of his 11lb playmate.

My dogs immediately loved Violet- she has a calming, kind presence that put them at ease. My boys were both happy and content when they got home- and our little terrier wanted to stay 😂. The daily check ins made my day and I appreciated Violet’s responsiveness. Highly recommend!

Lindsey was so good with Bear. She made sure to be gentle with his medications, kept his schedule, and gave us updates as to how he was getting along without us.

Took Beppy on short notice and gave wonderful care. Beppy was happy at her apartment, and judging by all the photos sent, it looks like she had a great time!

Renee was excellent. Once we met her and her sweet golden retriever, Ruby we were completely at ease leaving our little Bichon in her care. We really appreciated how accommodating and responsive she was to our messages and sent us updates with photos. She is located close to the UW campus and the Best Western hotel downtown which has a nice shuttle service making it very convenient for our son’s graduation. We highly recommend her!

Thank you so much Mary and your wonderful family for watching Remy while I was away. Leaving him for an extended stay was incredibly hard for me, but I had the reassurance that he would be safe and taken care of while in your care. I can't say thank you enough.

Finny had another great time with Sarah and Zach! He just loves it there. He had some tummy issues this time and Sarah and Zach were very communicative and took great care of him! We hope to be back soon!

Becky and Judd took great care of our dog Apollo. They were very accommodating and gave regular updates on how Apollo was doing. Couldn’t have asked for a better boarding for our dog.

Great experience. Kristin and her family treated my dog very well! Will definitely have her sit again.

Cleda did a wonderful job with our nearly 14 year old "puppy." She was courteous and provided pictures while we were away. We felt secure having Cleda care for our pet.

We were very happy with the care our dog received from Janice. We would definitely use her again. Sadie, our dog, enjoyed the attention, the walks and the love Janice and her husband gave to her. I was surprised when I learned that Janice was watching her daughter’s dog at the same time but it worked out very well. The dog was really nice and a distraction for Sadie, who doesn’t like being gone from us. Thumbs up for Janice!

Mimi had a wonderful stay with Shinduri and her pup. Shinduri was amazing!!! I was grateful to know that my little dog was in such capable and loving hands. I could tell, from the photos I received, that Mimi was comfortable and settled in quickly. Shinduri was very communicative and provided great updates. I will definitely book with her again! Thank you, Shinduri!!!
