Julia did an amazing job! For a very skeptical first time Rover user - I am very IMPRESSED and that is not easy to do! Communication via text was very responsive. Because one of our dogs is a food guarder (towards our other dog), we did a meet & greet prior to the first drop in visit to go over their feeding routine which she followed flawlessly! I love the instant notifications from the app - that really kept my anxiety to a minimum. The photos and little story line from each visit made me smile as I read them. From the pics I could tell the dogs were happy too!

alex was a superstar! she went above and beyond to help out, even coming in an extra time due to unexpected circumstances (and was willing to come in again if needed)! our one dog can be very difficult and alex was persistent to make sure he was taken care of. with time he seems to trust her more and we hope to use her again!

Katie provided excellent companionship and care for Chelsea while I was gone. When stopping in to feed her, Katie stayed and played with her, she even brought a few new toys. I received daily updates and images.
